Magnificent hotel

Very spacious hotel. The rooms are very large, it feels like a small studio. Very clean. Pleasant staff. Top-notch breakfast, lots of choices and very good. Parking space.

Great staff, good location, and quality as expected at a Residence Inn.

Just spent 4 days here on a short family location. Overall had a great experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful on numerous occasions. Across the driveway is the sister Courtyard property which has a pool, and you are free to access it. The Courtyard also has a bar and restaurant, so you have best of both hotel properties here. The hotel is in a location with very close (5 min walkable) amenities including a grocery store, several coffee shops and restaurants. A further 5 min walk up the road gets you to a mall with Walmart, and the Montreal Metro to take you into the city quickly. A great more inexpensive home base to explore Montreal from. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Fantastic helpful pleasant staff, beautiful large room +general spaces, immaculate clean, wonderful delicious breakfast with lots of fresh choices. Why stay anywhere else in MTL? 10-stars out of 5! 👍👍👍👍

We had a wonderful 2 day stay. Property and room were better than expected.
Excellent front desk staff.
Only issue was shortage of toilet paper but luckily we packed emergency supply.
We would recommends your property to others.

The hotel is lovely but basics need improving

The hotel is lovely but basics need improving. Great lobbies, hallways, and spacious rooms. Great bathrooms and showers. Comfortable beds and feather pillows. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
The basics need improving. One of the 2 elevators has been nonfunctional for 3 days, so longer-than-necessary waits for the only working elevator. The toilets lack toilet seat covers, first I’ve seen in a hotel. Housekeeping never leaves all the towels required- no face cloths, missing bath mat, etc. Removed the body wash liquid dispenser in the shower and never replaced it. The breakfast is nice- unique Brie cheese- but always running out of supplies- cutlery, individual yogurt containers, bowls, plates. There are no creamers for 24/7 coffee, only cream in flasks and only at breakfast time- first hotel lacking creamers. Sweeteners: no Splenda, the most popular sweetener- all they have is the least popular aspartame and no alternatives.
