Me and my friends really enjoyed the space! I saw a few reviews about weird smells, but apartment 302 was absolutely perfect. Everything was very spacious and we had a lot of fun in the area!

Horrible

This was a dump. Dirty, poorly maintained, and dangerous. The bed was two singles pushed together and the tv would never connect to our phones (though the other people in the hotel didn't seem to have much issue connecting to our tv to blast their music) but honestly that was the least of our worries.
When we arrived we noticed the room appeared uncleaned: dried food on the coffee table, stains on the walls and doors, an absolutely disgusting couch and dirt on the ground. The furniture is scraped up or broken, the dishwasher and heater were held together with duct tape, the window was smashed and also held together with tape. When we tried the dishwasher it obviously was broken and leaked water all over the floor. The sticky traps lining the floor under the kitchen sink did very little to help with the ant infestation.
The first few days our neighbour was a dog that barked from 9am-5pm, but management did nothing to address this. In spite of claiming to have ‘24 hour reception’ I never once saw a person at the desk, which could explain the garbage all over the lobby on multiple occasions.
Perhaps it also explains the prostitutes in the lobby or the angry drug dealers the next day. The loud parties and groups of people knocking on our door in the middle of the night. On my way to an appointment on a Monday afternoon a girl in her underwear ran past me in the stairwell and a man was getting arrested at the front door. The day before i finally checked out i left my room to find the entire floor was hotboxed, but after all I’d experienced that seemed pretty minor.

The apartment was perfect for us. Good size, comfortable living space and nice beds. Nice local area with a good range of shops and cafés.

The location was good - buses close by as well as restos/ grocery stores - but far from the metro. Space was large and beds comfortable.
But the place needed some love. Very dirty couch, blood stained sheets, dryer and one AC unit didn’t work. Not great especially for the price. Was not notified the dryer and AC unit wasn’t working - so we did a wash and couldn’t dry clothes.

Very disappointing the pictures of this property were made to look bettet with AI it was very dirty the bathroom smelled Like mold. I had to buy a new shower curtain because it wouldn’t reach half way across rhe shower. No wonder it was moldy I had to wear my shoes at all times because my socks would turn bright yellow from the dirty floors. The bedding had stains on it from bed bugs! I tried to send the host a message and the message I received back said the chat was expired.
