Bring a camera and a dust cloth

Nice hotel but in a dying and somewhat dangerous area if you leave the directly adjacent property of this hotel.
Housekeeping was non-existent during our entire stay. You can see the photo. The condition of the room was marginal. The door to the piece of furniture holding the refrigerator was literally falling off (see photo) and we had to keep propping it up. I don't understand how they can rent a room to somebody for top dollar knowing that the condition of the room is a dump. The door was broken and the room was dirty before we even checked in. Don't they inspect these places. That department needs some serious work. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful both times I needed assistance. After discussing my issues with Hilton, they were both professional and accommodating. The falls in the views were amazing well worth a stay.

Amazing hotel!

The hotel is perfectly located, parking is paid but you can walk and find elsewhere easily in April if you want. The staff is very friendly and smiling, they make the effort to speak slowly when English is not your forte, the room for 4 is very large with two parts for the rooms, the bathroom is huge with shower and jet bathtub, and what about the view of the falls! Amazing!
Breakfast is done with a view of the falls, it is not at will but the plates are stocked and it is very good. I can only recommend this hotel.

The experience was good. Check in was incredibly slow. Over 20 minutes at the desk. Very frustrating. Housekeeping was lovely. Restaurant workers were great. Mike R at Bellhop was incredibly rude. I was taken back by how miserable he seemed and his complete lack of help and attitude. Very disappointed with him.

We really appreciated the King Rm, American & Canadian Falls view! The staff at the Brasa restaurant were delightful! It was the first time one of us had experienced the "rodizio" style of preparing and serving the variety of fire- grilled meats and specialty items!
Our romantic evening was topped off with 10pm FIREWORKS display, seemingly just outside our windows on the 45th floor! Amazing!

Room safe wasn’t open
Light switch didn’t turn lights on/off
Room was not serviced during my stay
Massive queues to check in due to agents being extremely slow - I checked in electronically and even that was a 10 min process
