Flawless stay!

Stayed for four nights as part of business travel.
Clean, modern and spacious hotel.
Onsite paid parking in clean and secure garage. Flat rate EV charger ($12 fee).
Friendly staff.
Only downside is Rideau Street location experiences a lot of visible homeliness and drug use. The street is also quite littered. Obviously not the hotel’s fault. But just be mindful of your surroundings. Otherwise the location is amazing. Walking distance to the mall, byward market and many of the top tourist locations in Ottawa.

All aspects of the stay were good. very spacious room. the sliding glass door to the bathroom was a little weird. parking was very tight. not truck friendly but we managed. close access to a lot of downtown sites

Right in the heart of Ottawa and just beside the Byward market a really nice place to stay.
A big Thanks to Michael at the reception desk who was very helpful and just a friendly person!

The room was generally clean and comfortable. However, on our first night, we found a badge left behind by the previous guest on one of the beds. The staff were nice and friendly. The amenities and common areas were also clean and well maintained.

Staff were all great . It was very clean. Elevators were fast. Also close Byward market, Mall and Roger's Convention center. Great climate control. Only complaint traffic noise figured it would have been more sound proof .
I would definitely stay again.
