Great stay! Recommend. Will stay here again.

Wonderful stay. This is more of a “motor lodge” than a motel. Lots of parking close to the entrance. Staff was incredibly polite and bilingual in French and English. Coffee and Hot Water/Tea available 24/7.
The room was spotless including the bathroom. We had a Queen Sanctuary room that had one queen bed, an ottoman type shelf for the suitcase, closet, ironing board, TV, cable, WIFI, a 3 drawer dresser, a desk, a small table and 2 chairs, 2 end tables, each had a drawer, an alarm clock, and a place to charge the phone.
A microwave, keurig, and fridge are in the room.
The bathroom had a tub. Lots of towels provided.
Daily housekeeping. English breakfast daily. Guest laundry and a fitness center are on the bottom floor.
The inn is religious. The outside sign talks about Jesus. The room has a bible. There is religious material on each floor landing.

Great stay!

Wow, what a fantastic place!! The team was professional and friendly. The rooms and bathrooms were extremely clean. I love a good breakfast and that's exactly what it was. I have traveled into Ottawa many times and never knew about this place until now. Well done team. I would refer this place to anyone. Thanks again. Samuel Poole

Great hotel

We have stayed here numerous times over the years. We spend the night before our trip down south and leave our car here, free of charge for the week.
We have never have any concerns. The rooms are clean and comfortable. On arrival back yesterday after lots of snow our car had the majority of the snow removed.
We will be back! Thanks!

I was in the Ottawa area for a conference and leadership training.

I would like to give the highest recommendation to Mr. Adam and his staff and the awesome Adam's Airport . The location in proximity to the airport is super with lots of shopping close by. The atmosphere was so comforting and cozy, Christmas decorations were exquisite and reminded me of my home back in Alberta. My room was spacious and when an friend arrived unannounced from Nova Scotia, the hotel was able to accommodate with a room with 2 beds and all was done in a very timely manner. Excellent value with a very good breakfast served every morning, lots of choices! This really is the cleanest hotel I have every stayed in. I'm sure the bathroom tiles are cleaned with a toothbrush to provide the highest level of clean and shining. My room was quiet and comfortable. The amenities were above standard also. 10 out of 10 for me.

Excellent for price point, but here's what you really need to know...

I had a quick one-night turnaround in Ottawa and chose this hotel because of the price, stellar reviews and being adjacent to the airport and business I had in town.
The good:
- A wonderful breakfast with eggs, bacon, pancakes, hash browns, and all the other standard continental breakfast items, (cereals, fruit, yogurt). Plus, accommodations for gluten-free and non-dairy milks was a nice touch.
- Clean rooms
- Quiet
- Pleasant staff
The not so good:
- Despite the room being very clean, the furniture is dated and feels less fresh than a
newer hotel, but for the price point -- that's to be expected.
- You are greeted in the lobby with a very large crucifix behind reception and
Gregorian chant piped in through the hallway speakers, (which actually had a very
zen and calming effect after a hectic day of air travel).
- You'll find a large bible on your nightstand - so be prepared to tuck in a drawer if
that is not to your taste.
- This hotel is clearly owned/run by a church or Christian organization, (perhaps a
non-profit?) but, there was no proselytizing and staff were kind and polite.
Overall, it fits the bill for a quick overnight by the airport. It's a great deal and hearty breakfast if you are ok with slightly dated furniture and don't mind listing to monks chanting while sipping your morning coffee. ;)
