Was nice but no availability for massage . I was disappointed as this is the reason I chose the hotel

Good place to stay for a resort like vacation. There is a swimming pool and a bath tub set in a fake tropical setting, very interesting and relaxing. Rooms are clean, well furnished, good beds and all that. Staff is super friendly and more helpful. Will go back for sure.

We stayed a few nights (separated by travel days in between). Other than the hot tub not working on our last night it was a great experience

Customer service at the reception: incompetent

Hello, I really appreciated Gabrielle at the bar (human and pleasant), Sébastien ?? Stéphane ?? (No memory for names) but the one who helped us a lot several times with our luggage!
Very bad experiences with the receptionist Alecia: Zero compassion, no usefulness, this lady should change jobs, customer service is terrible! Let's talk about a smile… her face is going to crack!

Concernant votre expérience à la réception, nous prenons vos commentaires très au sérieux. Toutefois, nous tenons également à rappeler que la situation a été complexe et a nécessité plusieurs interventions de notre équipe afin de trouver des solutions d’hébergement dans un contexte de forte occupation de l’hôtel et de contraintes de disponibilité.
Dans ce contexte, une chambre alternative vous a été proposée et attribuée afin d’assurer votre confort. Malgré cela, des échanges difficiles ont eu lieu, incluant des propos inappropriés envers notre personnel, ce qui ne peut être toléré. Notre priorité demeure d’offrir un service respectueux et sécuritaire, autant pour nos clients que pour nos employés.
Nous comprenons que les changements de chambre peuvent être frustrants, particulièrement lorsqu’ils surviennent en cours de séjour, et nous regrettons les désagréments occasionnés. Cela dit, notre équipe a travaillé activement pour vous offrir la meilleure solution possible selon la disponibilité de l’hôtel à ce moment.

Washroom was not clean enough and there was not even a single water bottle kept in the room. They should atleast keep 2 water bottles in the room for the person who is checking in after a long flight.
