The hotel was conveniently located in St Roch, lots of restaurants and hip stores, a little grocery store and a pharmacy were a block away, as was a great boulangerie. Pretty much everything we needed. We would uber to Old Town but it was easy to walk to Rue St. Jean and Montcalm. They had a breakfast buffet, but we didn't try it, but we did have DELICIOUS pasta for dinner in Mila downstairs. The Nespresso in the room was convenient. Loved the interior design of the hotel. Overall, it was a perfect place for a savvy traveler.

We came at 3:30 to check in and were told our room was going to be ready at 4. We came back at 4:20 to get our room and were made to wait an additional 15 minutes to check to see if the room was available. No early check-in was possible and communication was very poor amongst staff.

All round excellent experience. The rooms were big, spacious, clean and very comfortable. Lots of restaurants around and the restaurant below is exceptional!

Excellent service and large room, despite the renovations.

Beautiful hotel ideally located near the train station. Fortunately, we did not have a car, as parking seems to pose a challenge in the area.
We had a large room with a kitchenette, very well equipped for a stay of several days. Everything was in place to be comfortable and self-sufficient. The service was excellent from start to finish. The staff were smiling, welcoming, and always ready to help.
Upon our arrival, we received coupons for a complimentary drink at the hotel restaurant. Since we were staying for three nights, we had to choose only one evening to take advantage of it. I wonder if this offer is the same for all guests, even those who stay for just one night. If that is the case, the hotel might consider a different arrangement for extended stays. It would be a nice way to encourage guests to explore the restaurant more while likely increasing food and beverage sales.
A small detail not to be missed: the stairwell is really interesting and deserves a look.
The only downside of our stay concerned the renovations. The main entrance was mostly closed, which forced us to use the back entrance. Since this one has several steps, access was a bit less convenient, especially with luggage.
Despite that, we really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return.
