5* stay with the most comfortable beds ever.
5* service, staff and rooms. We stopped 2 nights before meeting our ship and 2 nights after disembarking. 1st room was comfortable with 2 double beds, fab coffee machine and a fantastic bathroom, with the nicest body lotion, shampoo and conditioner ever.
The second stay we asked if we could have a room with one bed so we could have a little more floor space. Usman, excelled at this moment. We were given an apartment with fully fitted kitchen, separate bedroom and living area! It made such a difference, as we could stay in and eat s we were shattered.
The hotel is in a great location, we walked to Granville market in about 30mins, it has a fully stocked supermarket a minute away, the waterfront is a 10min stroll, which then leads you to beautiful green walks around Stanley park.
The hotel also has vouchers for discount Grouse Mountain cable car, and gave us details of the free shuttle bus, that left from the waterfront.
I’d highly recommend staying here, the staff were fantastic and there’s a great choice of restaurants close by.

Great hotel with great staff .
A great hotel in Vancouver. Friendly staff . Good value for high standard room . Booked with booking.com excellent deal . Would recommend to anyone looking for hotel accommodation in Vancouver.

A wonderful stay
We had a great time! From the moment we walked in, the lobby looked elegant and smelled great. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Convenient to buses and skylink stations. Comfortable room and lovely spa.

Avoid this hotel. Not up to standard
Booked this for our family trip to Vancouver on a recommendation. However it seems there are two parts to this hotel, one modernized and the other old and tired which is where we were. Cleanliness was not amazing -black mould on all the windows and frames, thick dust on any surface higher than 5ft off ground. The ‘restaurant/bar’ is owned /run separately to the hotel and it shows. Never came across a 5 star hotel without its own restaurant/bar before. Also the pool area is old/tired and jacuzzi was barely working. But our main issue was that we booked for a family of 5 bed and breakfast and our confirmation listed us as 3 adults 2 children for a 3 night stay on the bed and breakfast rate- however at check in we were informed this only covered up to $40 each for 2 adults and did not cover the other adult or the children. This didn’t even cover the simple buffet breakfast for 2 never mind the other 3 in our party who were excluded. Not sure who thinks it’s a good idea to sell a bed and breakfast rate that only covers a portion of 2 out of 5 people and not the others at all. Totally daft, and the front of house manager was simply callous in his approach to this. He had zero empathy/ understanding/people skills. Overall the only positive of this hotel were the door-men who were all friendly and helpful, especially Mark. But I could not recommend this hotel to anyone. It does not deserve 4 stars, never mind 5.

While we understand this did not align with your expectations, we are unable to extend a package beyond its advertised inclusions.
