Serena not worth it, really poor services.

Thank you for finding time to share your feedback on the last stay with us. I would like to extend my utmost apologies on behalf of the Hotel staff and management for not living up to your expectations. The service areas you highlighted have being discussed with all concerned departmental heads and remedial actions have been taken to ensure we continue living up to the great service promise the Serena brand represents. Once again, accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience we may have caused you and do beg you to give us another opportunity to host you next time you are in Goma, and i will be glad to personally meet you and ensure that your stay is comfortable as for all other Hotel guests.

Unfortunate situation
However, the very liberal approach to lose women activities, encouraged by some of the staff who do seem to even take advantage of it, leads some of the guests to consider any dark skin female visitor as fair game and harass them with persistence. Two of my Congolese friends, although dressed with modesty, who came to visit during my stay had to face such such embarrassing situation what led them to leave the place.
As mentioned in some earlier review, control over guests behavior leaves much to desire and relevant measures should be put in place.

Thank you for your review of our Hotel in the recent stay with us. We do regret the unfortunate issue you had involving your visitors and this is indeed condemned with highest regard. Rest assured that i will investigate same shall take this as a training gap on the Hotel security team, which is an outsourced resource, to ensure that they maintain the Hotel reputation. We do assure your of our commitment to ensure that all hotel visitors are welcomed and are not subject to prejudice or any sort of discrimination. Once again, thank for choosing to stay with us and please i would appreciate to meet you in your next stay at the Hotel.
