Excellent service.
I went for business, so I only visited in the morning and evening. I loved the buffet, and the rooms were very comfortable (a detail I loved was having tea available in the room). Everything was clean and had all the essentials for a good bath. There are plenty of pillows, and it has a safe and a minibar (empty). The lights are quite dim (the only thing I missed).

Excellent experience to go with young children. They worry about them having a good time. Rich bed and breakfast
When we go to Concepcion my 6 year old daughter asks me to go to this hotel, as she has an amazing time, they also give her pencils and drawings to paint and she will sit with Rosario,
(I highlight the smoky quality of it at the reception). My daughter is very happy and I eat more mom. We feel the affection and the good treatment towards the passengers and that makes us always come back. Plus spacious, clean, comfortable rooms and exquisite breakfast

annoying noises
The hotel itself is good, nice, modern but at least our very small room, you feel the noise of the train all night very loud, we could not sleep, and very early in the morning construction work begins right outside the hotel.

A GRATEFUL BRIDE
It is difficult to find in conception something as exceptional as this hotel.
From admission you feel totally comfortable, Rosario always attended us with a smile and hospitality.
I was making my wedding preparations and the hotel helped me in everything.
Much of the excellent functioning is done by Mrs. Patricia, manager of the hotel, its human quality, good treatment, is rating and makes everything outstanding.
She was very cordial and helped us to make our stay first class, you can always find her in the hotel, I will never forget when my niece got sad and she brought pencils, leaves and sat with her to color.
I don't think it's ever happened to me that a manager cares about even those little details.
When you enter breakfast, all the girls are spectacular, you can chat pleasantly with them, they want to stay more days, simply for the good care that everyone has.
This hotel and its staff have attributes that today cannot be rated with stars, as it is a fantastic experience.
They made my stay beautiful and my big wedding day felt accompanied by everyone.

Back.
2 nights. Work trip. Comfortable and quiet room, with view towards the city and the river . Breakfast with varied options. Friendly and fast reception staff. In the restaurant -which caters late- I tried a chicken Caesar salad that was very good. I didn’t cheer up with the soup All good. To come back.
