Excellent experience.
Very good stay, highlighting the incredible human warmth of the staff.
Our stay at the Hotel Terrado Suites Iquique was, without a doubt, a good experience. The service in general was always friendly and with a smile from the staff in charge.
However, there are some details in the facilities and services that are worth mentioning so that they can improve. In the room, the curtain could not completely block the light, which prevented my husband from being able to sleep and rest well. In addition, one day we consumed the complimentary coffees and, the next day, the cups were still dirty, so we had to request their cleaning. On the other hand, when we went to the heated pool, there was no staff available to give us towels. We had to wait quite a while, almost until closing time, and we even called from the pool reception intercom for someone to appear to assist us.
Fortunately, these operational inconveniences are completely compensated for by the extraordinary attention of the breakfast staff. We especially want to highlight Natalia, who is a tremendous host. She is extremely kind, cordial, and is always attentive to ensure nothing is missing; by far, the best person at the hotel. People like her and her team transform any negative assessment of the facilities because they provide something invaluable: human warmth. It even moved us to see how a child approached her to hug her and thank her. That is something that cannot be bought, it is earned with expertise and, above all, with the authentic affection that they put into their work.

Family getaway
Excellent hotel, very well located, the service is excellent, the layout of the pool and the restaurant with a view of the sea is entertaining.
