Nice and clean little B&B

This is a small B&B. Rooms are very clean. The owners are welcoming and very helpful. They supported us in booking trips and explained what to see in Punta Arenas. The breakfast is simple but good with homemade jelly. The B&B isn't right in the city center, but it's just a 10 to 15min walk.

basic accommodation; helpful owner; good breakfast

When we arrived at the hostel, our first impression wasn’t good at all. The door was answered by what appeared to be the daughter of the owner. We weren’t greeted orwelcomedat all. She simply muttered few words towards our direktion and pointed with her head that we should come in. Inside we had to find our room in the upper floor by ourslelves and no key or anything were given to us.
Later I went downstairs to ask, if we get key or towels and if there will be breakfast in the morning. ThereI finally met the owner Pamela and things began to turn to the better. Pamela is a nice, but firm person. She welcomed us properly, explained everything to us and gave us everything needed.
Our room (number 5) was a 4–bed dorm, which we rented as privat room for us. The rooms furnishing is very basic, like you would expect at a hostel. They are equipped with a small flatscreen TV, which we didn’t use and surprisingly solid wifi. There is only one free power outlet to charge your staff, which I find way to little for a 4-bed room. However, the room as well as the communal space are clean and the beds are comfy. Showered can be from 6am to 11pm and is restricted to 10 minutes max per shower. Breakfast was a welcomed surprise and super tasty. All in all I recommend the accomodation, althought I found 40 US$ per night a bit expensive comparing to the 35 US$ I payed at a B&B in Santiago de Chile.

Not bad, nothing special

I stayed here for 3 nights. I booked a twin room, as the single was occupied. When I arrived, I was given a 4 bed room, but when I returned in the evening, was asked if I wanted the single room for a discount, which I took. Despite the name being the “Three Siblings”, it was the mother that seemed to do all the work. She took my laundry, gave me towels, sorted out my taxis. The daughter I saw occasionally (she checked me in). The two brothers did not interact with the guests, and just seemed to live in the house. Quite odd.
The single room was small, but was also cheap. Despite outside temperatures being around 12C at night, the radiators were all on full, and there were three heavy blankets on the bed!
Breakfast was adequate to get you through til lunch. The location is ok – 10-15 mins walk to the centre in a dull residential neighbouhood.

very friendly owner

Nice little hotel with comfortable beds and clean hot showers. Nothing fancy and rather simple breakfast. What really makes the difference is the sweet old lady running the place. She let us in in the middle of the night as we arrived very late from the airport. The next day she helped us with arranging bus tickets, making phone calls for us etc.

Fit for purpose

It is a nice hostel, quiet in general en clean. The shower was really nice, lots of warm water.
Please bring some own food for breakfast because that is really poor! But then in comparison, there will only be a few that will serve a proper breakfast.
It is little out of downtown but a 10 mins hike is not too bad. So it was well suited for the purpose, a stopover at PA for the Penguins before heading for Puerto Natales.
In the end we would book the same.
