Refuge of peace and Relaxation.
There are not many places an hour from SANTIAGO where you can just cut off and relax. This is definitely one of them.
The log cabins are clean and impeccable with perfect bathrooms.
The pool is perfect for just being lazy and reading.
There are three common hot tubs at 40 degrees.
There is a sauna and for a respectable price of 40usd you can have a good 45 minute massage.
In the evening there is a common BBQ area and you can cook your own bbq.
Maria Angelica and her husband are absolutely charming and breakfast (included) is copious.
What more can one want to relax. ?
Yes there were minor details. 1 of the 2 bikes was broken and there were no working ping pong balls. I am sure they will work on correcting these details.
Overall a great experience and would willingly return. Enjoy!

Lodge owner aggressive verbal and impertinent. Lodge without hot water!!!
The aggressiveness of the owner of the premises named Mauricio is worrying.
There are several points that I want to highlight and I hope you read them carefully if you want to stay here:
1) at night it is impossible to locate the lodge, the path is not illuminated or marked, we passed it 3 times. We had to insist with the host lady to give us directions. They charge 25,000 clp for 1 hour of tinaja. At least it was private. We enjoyed it, I don't want to lie.
2) there is no minibar, the light on the ceiling intermittent. There was a small bathroom heater to heat the room.
3) bad treatment from the owner Mauricio and the hostess. In the morning, we indicated several times to the host lady that we do not have hot water to shower, to which she very haughtily blamed us and insinuated that everything works well and that we do not know how to use the heater well. If you check other people's reviews, it is a recurring problem. So that we understand the deal, she told us "it's not my fault that your wife has been in the bathroom for 15 minutes without hot water, they should have warned us before." We notified at 10 a.m. shortly. So we always abide by the departure time.
Not only that, the lady called the owner indicating that she has an altercation with us when IT WAS NOT THE CASE!!! She raised her voice at my husband, knocked on the door in the morning and threatened that if we didn't leave before 11 she was going to charge us extra. We never gave her a problem and always treated her with respect. Witness is her husband who, on the contrary, apologized to us and was very respectful.
Then a certain Mauricio (+56956393781) called, we were thinking to help and quite the opposite, he started insulting my husband, calling him a scoundrel and that it is his right to do what he wants with his property, that he wants us to "get away" from his property. Unacceptable and vulgar, for a client who paid for a service and receives that treatment, plus disqualifications, degrading. He continued sending insulting audios and we had to block him, telling the central office that is in charge of the lodge's reservations that we will call the police.
My husband had to shower in a dirty workers' cabin under construction. Degrading!!!

Dismal experience by PAMELA
We arrived at 13:00 (before the hour) and Mrs. PAMELA AND HER HUSBAND (CAREGIVERS) treated us lousy, that we were disrespectful for arriving earlier, as it occurred to us, that she cut the keel. We left and came back later. Aggressive throughout the stay, we asked for vats, and she walked around the vat and every 10 minutes she would ask if we were ready.... So we could not be quiet in the vat, the next day they brought us breakfast, and he said, "thank you that we give you breakfast" out of nowhere, without us telling you anything.... " And hurry to breakfast that I have to wash the earthenware."...
Then we finally told her that it was very unpleasant the stay because she made it very unpleasant, and she threw us out... She told us to leave, what we thought, she treated us to doodles, her and her husband. They can check the cameras if they have any.

Nice place with extremely friendly people
The place is very nice and very quiet, the perfect place to relax. The cabin was nice, spacious, and clean. The jacuzzi on the terrace, superior room only, worked well and although being outside the room, has a nice privacy.
All staff was very friendly and helpful, excelent service. Nicely located in an Eucalyptus wood, only about 10 minutes by car to the crowded Algarrobo.

Pésimo servicio
Pésimo. Al momento de pagar la reserva, te envían un documento para decirte que básicamente muchos servicios que ofrecen no están disponibles, la piscina dejo de ser temperada porque está mala, el restaurante está en remodelación. En la tarde quise pedir un trago y nadie responde al número que te dan, fuimos a las tinajas y estaban con agua helada. En la noche no se queda nadie, la primera noche estuvimos solos, recepción cerrada y no contestan los números que te dan, a las 23:00 se cierra el portón y no puedes salir, en caso de sos no hay como salir del lugar. El desayuno “excepcional” es una burla, un aliado en un pan de miga que tienes que ir a calentar a recepción, un yogurt y un jugo en caja, y que llegó pasado las 11:30 de la mañana ambos días. Día dos no teníamos agua porque “se acabó”, tuvimos que esperar que llegara un camión para poder bañarnos. La verdad es que pésimo servicio, el lugar muy lindo pero la atención una decepción, me siento estafada.
