Very much needed vacation

Came here to stay for 4 days and so far it has been all good. I have stayed in 5 star hotels and the way we were treated here was awesome. When we came in Jenny was waiting for us and explained everything with details. She told us all the activities we can do and was very helpful. The room was good. Has a bathroom in the room. The staff is all family. The location to me was good cause I like the quiet part of the island.the price was very good. I want to plan another trip here with my in-laws and stay here. Great job

Disgusting dirty, damage walls, no maintenance done for many years.

We booked a 3 night stay at this apartment no 203. Paid £460 for our stay. Upon arrival we were shocked at the poor standard of the apartment which did not relate to the pictures advertised on booking.com We were too exhausted to complain at the time, and tried to make the most of a bad situation. This accommodation does not deserve 1 star. The shower has no shower rose. Walls are dirty. The doors are filthy, dirty, stove and fridge. Crockery are all odds, chipped. 2 glass coffee mugs the rest are plastic. Plastic garden chairs are in Dinning area. Kitchen bin has no lid. One of the bedrooms is a corner in the lounge and has a curtain in the middle that separates the “ bedroom” from lounge. I’m confused by the amount of positive reviews after what we have experienced. Hopefully I can load pictures to this review. Some Owners want to receive money but don’t want to spend money to maintain the property. Don’t be fooled by their pictures. the swimming pool and reception are the only good areas. Stay away, you will regret booking this place.

Un servicio de calidad

Se ubica justo al lado del aeropuerto, en el sector llamado "La rocosa", al cual se accede por el sector oeste de la costa isleña, por lo cual,está un poco alejado del pueblo. Sin embargo, el servicio es excelente, un desayuno muy rico y la atención muy buena, ya que durante el tiempo que estuve con mi madre, el recepcionista se encargó de que pudiéramos conocer lo máximo posible, incluso, nos ayudó a contratar un tour al acuario y jhonny kay para el día de salida de nuestro vuelo, preocupándose de que la lancha nos trajera de vuelta a la isla a tiempo. Además, los dueños fueron muy amables al dejarnos la habitación pasada la hora del check out, lo cual se agradece bastante.

Tranquilo y excelente servicio

Ubicada en el sector de La Rocosa de San Andrés queda el hospedaje Jackuri.
Las calles están en manteniendo, a dos cuadras de la calle que rodea el mar y a 10 minutos en bus del centro.
La dueña es un amor de persona, muy amable y servicial. Te pueden orientar en planes y actividades.
Te recogen y dejan en el aeropuerto y el desayuno viene incluido.
Lo único fue que aspiraba encontrar más gente en la casa pero habían muy pocas personas ... Esa es la expectativa de los hostales y posadas, conocer gente.
Recomendado, presupuesto aproximado por noche 150.000 en temporada baja.
