Excelente hotel..Lo recomiendo 100%

Fue una experiencia agradable, el personal muy atento me sentí como en casa..El sitio muy agradable y cómodo. Nos gustó especialmente la amabilidad de la gente q.ue estuvieron atentos para guiarnos y darnos a conocer lo mejor de la ciudad

Intentional Loud Noise, they were grinding rocks/mixing everyday but Sunday

No one could use the pool of be outside until the evening after they left. Started by 8:00 a.m., one day 7:30 a.m. Why did they have to do it below our windows. Not sure why they were doing it onsite at all. Awful. Said it would be done by 4:00 pm Friday, (back on Sat and early Monday). Maid took the one towel in the am and did not return one. Beds stripped and not remade (ask for no service, they do whatever they want including hovering around the room in the hall). Someone else's garbage was brought in along with a dirty mat -- this is not a good place, it could be, but do not stay there. None of us will be going back because the area is all about scamming you -- definitely wouldn't limit to street vendors -- any person or business. "Malisimo"

Realice una reserva por medio de Hoteles.com, al confirmarla por medio telefónico, no existía, el servicio de la persona que me conteste fue terrible y no dieron solución, ni a la entidad encargada de la reserva quien se encargo de ubicarme en otro hotel.... terrible no lo recomiendo""""".....

Comida horrible

Llegamos a una convencion, no nos esperaban (ya habíamos pagado y reservado desde bogota) e improvisaron una cena en cajas de icopor y el jugo en una bolsa plástica. Las instalaciones limpias, habitaciones del primer piso con jacuzzi pero te cobran 30 mil si lo Prendes. El resto de pisos no tiene jacuzzi pero tienen aire, TV, baño limpio. Es decir las habitaciones son muy agradables. El servicio de nevera te lo cobran. La gente es muy amable te regala mangos y todo. No hay gimnasio ni piscina es solo un edificio con habitaciones y el garaje lo adecuaron como restaurante. No es elegante pero es cómodo. Lo malo es la comida. Recuerdo que al segundo día nos dieron lasaña con banano! Muchas harinas y grasas. Queda a una hora de Bocanegra o bocagrande (?) que es la zona turística pero si lo que quieren es solo dormir aguanta. Como a 8 cuadras queda una olímpica donde pueden comer. En el hotel no les aconsejo las comidas.
