Great

Really enjoyed only problem was the jacuzzi/pool was not working and looked like it had been that way for long time wouldn't have booked there had I known that!! The staff was amazing the rooms/pods spacious and was clean water pressure was great would highly recommend but must let people know what is out of order

Bad

The receptionists and the girls who prepare breakfast are very kind. But the conditions of the hostel are very bad. The photos do not look anything like how the hostel is currently. The lockers are rusty. In the rooms, you can hear everything that happens on the street. In the 5 days that I was at the hostel, they never cleaned the bathroom. I had a personal accident due to a health problem I have, and in any other lodging place, the cleaning would have been taken care of. Here a lady (I don't know if she is the owner) humiliated me, and even though she charged me a compensation that I paid and I never put on, she treated me very badly. She almost shouted what happened so that all the guests would find out what had happened. I had never felt so bad. I didn't answer her because I do have manners but she was too rude

Great and cheap stay

Very nice hostel, AC in the Dorms, not too noisy but still social for me the perfect mix. Breakfast was good not exceptional but for the price more than great. Also there's always someone at the reception to help with your problems or let you in if you go out at night.

The breakfast is delicious and is a great plus.

I found it okay for a short visit. I do not feel that the front desk staff helps much. It is noticeable that it is not very well organized internally. The beds are average, and the space is also average.

Unsafe and Health Hasard Avoid at all Costs

As someone who has travelled around the world and stayed in hundreds of hostels, this has been by far my worst experience ever. There was virtually no cleaning occurring in the 3 days I was here, the same clump of hair, bathing suits, garbage wrappers stayed in the showers all 3 days. The bathroom in our dorm room was out of order due to maintenance work on the water system outside, so we had no choice to all use the communal showers. One night, a girl came back to the dorm room in the middle of the night completely wasted with a guy she hooked up from the club. They proceeded to have loud intercourse in the dorm room with 20 other people around. She would only stop to lean over the side of her bed and throw up all over the floor and other's belongings. I told the overnight receptionist about this, who's only intervention was to come into the room and whisper "excuse me, hello" and then left which obviously did nothing to stop them. After a few minutes, I went back out again and told him it was still happening, and asked if he could at the very least clean the vomit. He did come back and do this, but they continued their relations all night. I complained again to the receptionist the next morning, as this is unacceptable and unsafe behaviour. His response was "if you wanted better service, you should have booked a hotel, this is how hostels work". I can with complete confidence say that this is absolutely false, hostels do not mean compromising your health and safety for having unregistered guests and vomit on the floor and belonging.
