The facilities are large and beautiful. Reception was normal and they close it at 8:00 at night afterward there is a guard in charge as I understood, but we never arrived from the Town that late so it was fine. From there you can request transportation or go on foot to the town.
We didn't like the other normal rooms, but not because they were something bad but because they can't compare with the comfort of the Cabins and others with a higher price. The music in the pool, if we thought the sound was too loud. Something that we really liked is that they respect animals and that is very valuable, thank you very much for that:)
We have to praise the rest of the staff, they were fantastic with the service, we love the waiters, thank you so much, without you we would not have enjoyed this place so much.

DISGUSTING HOTEL THEY GIVE YOU LEFTOVER FOOD FROM OTHER GUESTS
I'm stopping by to leave my opinion of this hotel
punctual CHECK IN before the agreed time
ROOM: full of cockroaches, lizards and mouse poop, refrigerator in terrible condition it made us sick to put our soft drinks in that mess, sheets with stains and someone else's hair, blankets that smelled like they hadn't been changed in a long time AND WITH A SMELL TO OLD.
FOOD: very bad experience, my husband and I were given someone else's slices, why do we say someone else's? (because they were reheated and when we turned them over it was already bitten and full of a salad that was not on the menu that night, really disgusting ALL of our food was eaten by the 5 dogs that did not let us eat in peace. we had to go to town to have dinner.
POOL AND COMMON AREAS The pool is disgusting, it is seen that they only clean it once a week, the bottom is full of mold with a dull color and full of bushes without filters, it has many dogs that do not let you dine in peace, the same servers saw that The dogs wanted to get on the table and they were not kicked out of the place.
I feel cheated by what I paid in this hotel for that terrible room, terrible food, terrible services.
The only thing I highlight is the excellent attention of all the staff.
