The perfect place to relax

Dahlandia was our refuge to relax and recharge our batteries after three weeks in Colombia. Accommodation located on Mucura Island is a haven of peace, with a small private beach, its cozy cabins and the hospitality of its workers.

Awful.

We booked a night and left as soon as we arrived. The photos on Booking do not reflect the reality of the hotel. Everything is sloppy, the beach is tiny and overlooks a wall, without any charm. Besides, the nearby village seems abandoned, lifeless. Definitely the worst hotel I've ever been to. I don't recommend it.

Total disconnection

Dahalandia is a hotel located on Isla Mucura, I consider it to be the hotel with the best sunset view since people from other hotels went there to appreciate it, it is a hotel that supports the community a lot since it only works with people from the area, without leaving behind the conditions that the locals live in, they are abandoned by the government and unfortunately they told us that the Resorts only care about themselves but do not take the community into account, going to Dahalandia is changing the point of view of what show on other social networks, Mucura is beautiful and we must support the people who do want to do collective good. I would go again thousands of times if I could, what great people there are in Mucura

Too basic hostel in Múcura

It has a long way to go to be the simple, charming hotel that the photos on its website promise. That's why we canceled the reservation right there when we saw the appearance of the “hotel”. The rooms are ultra basic, wooden drawers with a small window and mosquito net. Shared bathroom, even more basic. Zero charm. They boast an eco-sustainable concept, but the entrance road from the town is full of uncollected plastic remains. They have a mini beach, perhaps the only authentic thing they promise.

Asked for more money

I booked a night with them online and did my travel plans accordingly. Later they come back to tell me that they want more money - and that if I did not accept, they would cancel my reservation.
Very unprofessional.
