Buen hotel

Excelente hotel!! Gran servicio, ideal para descanso. la atención del personal es muy buena, el desayuno fue delicioso los dos días que lo tomamos. Súper recomendado para descansar y visitar los alrededores

Some good points but...avoid!

Relatively inexpensive compared to other similar solution (but it was high season). Location close to the Rodadero, quite lively at night. Staff always available to assist with requests, booking tours and suggesting restaurants. They really spent a lot of time with us. However...
...they charged us COP 20.000 for a towel that was dirty of terrain (my fault on that), because it needed a "special" treatment. Still it is 20x the price they asked for a "standard" cleaning treatment (COP 1.000). However, on the other side, no compensation was ever offered (nor we asked) for handling our room with the toilet not working. We had no choice but to wait three hours for the guy to come and fix this. Meanwhile I had to use their private restroom.
In other words the customer service is excellent as long as everything is OK, but if something goes wrong the attitude is completely different.
Also the electronic key card was not working properly and we had to change this 3 times. Absent from the rooms: any night lamp, hair drier, regulation for hot water in the shower. There was just one single tap and the water was mild at the best. Seriously? Taking an almost cold shower because you have no tap regulation? One strange note: one of the few properties on booking.com in Santa Marta to have mostly Colombian reviewers. Plus most of the Colombian reviewers have only 1 review in booking itself. Be careful!

excelente hotel

Muy buen sitio, recomendado, es cómodo y los precios son muy buenos, las habitaciones son cómodas, la atencion de sandra es excelente, una cosa para mejorar los desayunos pero por lo demás buen lugar para pasar la noche

Buena ubicacion y relacion calidad-precio

La ubicacion de hotel es muy buena aunque esto le resta puntos en la noche ya que existen ocasiones que el ruido de la calle molesta... a pocas cuadras de la playa y de supermercados y sobretodo alfrente de una calle principal por donde puedes tomar bus para ir a cualquier lado... santa marta... taganga y el aeropuerto.
La habitacion pequeña aunque muy limpia y todos los dias hicieron muy buen aseo... el tv molesta la señal de vez en cuando.

Hotel de paso

El hotel está bastante bien, son atentos y te informan bien de los tours disponibles a Tayrona, el hotel está limpio, el único problema que tiene es el tercer piso donde no hay WiFi y la televisión no se ve bien, evitar la tercera planta
