A beautiful place

It is very nice, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the view towards the Combeima canyon is very nice, they offer a delicious coffee, a good family atmosphere and the breakfast has everything desirable.

THERE IS NO GUEST WELFARE MANAGER.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE HOTEL, I had the opportunity to stay on die 8, 9, and 10 on the third floor there was loud music all night interrupting the rest of everyone on this floor, the noise came from room 317 where teachers were staying. The hotel directives are great to bring order and attention to those who were placing music disrupting the sleep and well-being of the other guests of the floor. The police came on October 10 at 1:00 am, but then the party in high volume continues regardless of the coming of the other families in the flat. This hotel does not have a responsible manager to look after the wellbeing of guests. And that's not counting the restaurant whose cuisine is really disgusting.
IF YOU ARE THINKING IN THIS HOTEL I DON'T RECOMMEND IT.

The bad face of the reception ladies

The hotel is a little abandoned, the pool with a yellow spot in the background horrible and when asking the receptionist was upset. At first he said it was open and when we went to use it he said it was closed. Unkind reception people except the button. And the location is far from the good sites of Ibague

Excellent hotel

Excellent hotel, very good service from its owners and employees, the best is the coffee and the location near the nature of the Combeima canyon, very good weather and close to the center of Ibagué, I recommend it

Excellent experience

The staff was excellent, especially Daniela in the front desk. She was very courteous and proffesional. After every answer and response she replied with a smile.. The rooms were very clean and made everyday. The swimming pool was super clean. The breakfast was good, especially the traditional Ibague breakfast. If you are going to order room service from the restaurant order the picada it's amazing.The spa massage was decent. Located close to the center of the city, walking distance. Would stay here again. I enjoyed my stay.
On the other hand, I didn't like the shower heads in the bathrooms, they need upgrading. I didn't like the smell of hydraulic fluid in the elevators. They need and exhaust fan. I didn't like when my son accidently broke a small 3 inch bird made of ceramic and they charged me $50,000 pesos for something that was like $10,000 pesos. Once again Daniela felt really bad about charging me for the ceramic bird. She did her best to speak to the manager about the situation but I will get over it, not a big deal. Overall, had a great experience.
