I had a wonderful stay at Nola and Alejandro (5 nights)
Plus, yoga classes with Geraldine in the morning by the pond. Walks to do from the hotel.
The village is 15 minutes walk on a quiet path. No on-site catering. I loved Garden, lots of things to do and see!

DISSATISFACTION-MISLEADING ADVERTISING
I hope this post-complaint-comment reaches the OWNERS OF THE HOTEL CHARCO CORAZON (Jardin Antioquia).
Unfortunately and by Recommendation of year ago, we stayed in this hotel where we were sold the idea of being a wonderful place, AND THE IMAGES SHOW IT CLEAR THAT YES, however when we arrive at the place we realize that indeed it COULD BE A BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN AND ORGANIZED PLACE; however today July 2024, we find another reality: a large house (ABANDONED APPEARANCE), deteriorated, ceilings with humidity and leaks very worrying because to such a magnitude that it could collapse certain areas, deteriorated paintings, roofs with trash, green areas without pruning, dry garden and weeds, dirty lake.
Bathrooms do not place soap pastes and tell us that with the same one we wash our hands is for the bathroom.
They then sell the idea that the accommodation includes a breakfast and the breakfast they offer is ONE RED, PAPAYA, BABANO, TWO MINIARREPAS DE CORN???, And when claiming they say it is VEGETARIAN; it would be convenient when making the Reservation that this be very clear "NOT ALL PEOPLE ARE VEGETARIAN OR VEGAN" ALSO, the preparation of the breakfast is done by women with long and loose hair i.e. without following any food handling channels.
It is sad that many tourists arrived there, and at least we had no desire to return, let alone recommend it.

A heavenly place, but completely neglected
Firstly, during check-in, we did not receive any information regarding breakfast, access to drinking water, the restaurant... Indeed, we learned on the evening of the third day that the hotel offered a vegan meal in the evening - on order. After asking for information about this, the owners explained to us that the evening meal was a surprise meal, accompanied by juice, tea and "everything else", which was not at all the case. We received a plate of pasta (delicious, that said!), without any accompaniments. When we complained, the gentleman simply told us that it was not his fault, that it was certainly the cook who had decided it that way. A very uncommercial reaction, which was felt throughout the stay. Positive point: the two volunteers who served breakfast were very friendly!
Then, their concept of 'glamping', which corresponds to the round barrels located below the property, is far from the glamorous image that one can have of such a place. Devoid of soul (dirty and peeling white paint, hospital light), our little home was not cleaned once for three days. As the shower is not separated from the toilet, hair and dirt quickly accumulate on the floor, and a little cleaning would not have gone amiss.
Finally, the common areas do not encourage relaxation as much as the photos might suggest: all the chairs located on the pontoon were broken (ALL!), no ashtray in the smoking area, poorly maintained paintwork, etc.
In summary, the potential of this heavenly place and its lush nature is enormous, but it unfortunately remains unexploited by lazy and moderately pleasant owners.
