Excellent Hotel in Medellin the best option

Recommended, excellent attention from employees, especially Mr. DAIMER at the reception, helped us quite a lot, to resolve all concerns.
Clean rooms, good buffet breakfast, very varied.
All close.
I'd come back without thinking.

Nos alegra saber que disfrutó de una experiencia satisfactoria, destacando la limpieza de nuestras habitaciones, la calidad y variedad de nuestro desayuno tipo bufet, así como la ubicación estratégica que facilita el desplazamiento a diferentes puntos de interés.
De igual forma, es muy valioso para nosotros conocer su reconocimiento hacia nuestro equipo, en especial al señor Daimer en recepción. Con gusto compartiremos sus amables palabras, las cuales nos motivan a seguir brindando un servicio atento y oportuno.

This hotel was once one of my favorites, but after two years, I returned to find a terrible cleaning job on the room i was staying 1109.There were stains, mold in the shower, and the overall care had deteriorated.

Dismal attention, zero compromise and serious maintenance failures”

My experience at this hotel was very negative. The attention of the reception and restaurant staff leaves much to be desired: they show total lack of interest in the customer and, in the restaurant, even become rude. They do not solve simple problems and present an indifferent attitude. The restaurant chairs have exposed toes that can break clothes and hurt skin, demonstrating a serious lack of care and safety.
To worsen the situation, the room was flooded due to lack of maintenance on the shower racks and instead of sending trained cleaning staff, they sent the watchman with a towel to dry the water. This evidences zero commitment to the well-being of the guest. At the time of check-out, the reception staff also showed no attention. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

Amazing hotel. Very friendly staff, clean and modern bedrooms with an amazing view. The pool is clean, big and warm. Loads of tasty options for breakfast. Very well located:Santa Fe shopping centre is at 3 minute walk, there's s Carulla supermarket at 5 minute walk and you can safely walk to parque el poblado in 15 mun
