Wonderful weekend
Back again to this hotel that we love; on this occasion we saw great, very positive changes regarding the facilities, many improvements such as reusing cups, the lighting with solar panels, the bar and the main pool turned out very nice, many new faces among the staff, others already quite well known, from the arrival the treatment was excellent, the check-in quite agile and the room impeccable, the rest wonderful, lots of tranquility and silence, the snacks improved, the food very delicious, the reservation at the La Herrería restaurant quite easy to make through the website, the Spa delicious, the sauna and the Turkish bath excellent..
NEGATIVE: Unfortunately, food waste continues to occur by guests who do not understand the buffet concept and take plates so full that they are then unable to finish them, there is a lack of respect, since some do not respect the lines or take food with their hands and return it to the trays

Excellent
It is a hotel designed for resting in every sense of the word; you don't have to worry about anything, not even looking for where to eat or where to have fun. The rooms are comfortable and the cleaning staff is friendly and willing; the food is generous and varied. It is worth highlighting the La Herrería Restaurant, whose food and service are excellent. For adults, there is an exclusive pool away from the family ones, which is appreciated. It is a very good option.

Anything but quiet.
The hotel is located in the most beautiful area and next to the Panaca theme park. The hotel itself is well maintained. Front desk, housekeeping, and facilities are comfortable and just adequate.
The restaurants are the areas they can improve. The only one Specialty restaurant La Herreria, needs reservations and since it accommodates only a few customers (about 35-40), it gets booked instantly and its really difficult to get a reservation.
The main restaurant is buffet style. The area is open concept which allows birds and insects to fly in and touch the food. There's also the aspect of people not being careful with the serving utensils and not sanitizing their hands when they come into the restaurant. Lastly, the hot beverages area is exclusively managed by personnel who most of the time are chatting and customers have to stand up and go to them asking for a beverage when they're supposed to deliver the beverages to the tables. Almost all the meals we had at the main restaurant we had to wait for a very long time and a couple of time we didn't get service. Suggestion would be to open an area for customers to get their own hot beverages if they don't want to wait for service.
This hotel is advertised as quiet and mountain vibe, but it's far from quiet. Employees and guests are loud most of the time and slamming doors, playing loud music, and slamming utensils and serveware.

Bed & Breakfast NOT a hotel. Facilities close at 6pm. Not worth the money.
DO NOT BOTHER GOING HERE! Everything closes at 6pm. If you spend the day at Parque del Café or Panaca you come back to a hotel that is basically a bed and breakfast. Pools, spa, table tennis, shop...all the facilities close at 6pm. They do not allow anyone under 18 from using the pool table even when accompanied by their parents, why? You cannot book a table in the restaurant unless you do so at 8am, which is impossible to do when you check in at 3pm. Also, the a la carte restaurant is closed on Sundays. Nowhere on their website are any of these times listed. There is nothing to do except go to your room and sleep. Breakfast buffet was woefully serviced, with many empty trays on display. 'All inclusive' is very misleading for this hotel. We booked in for 2 nights and left after one night.
