Best Luxury Hotel Ever!
This is the most beautiful and unique hotel I have been. I loved the panoramic views of the country, live music groups at night time, the shops, and the customer service/ hospitality were outstanding. You can spend hours without even leaving the hotel.
The Rooms were spacious and cozy, and have a sofa and bed. Room service was great. In the morning I called the main office to place an order for food, and room service would come to give me food nice and hot! The rooms were cleaned everyday and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would leave my room to go do activities and they made my room look immaculate. This is a beautiful place to relax and unwind.
We spent 4 nights here and it was great! Great stay

Very expensvie for the quality.
The hotel is nice with a large swimming pool and chilling area.
The room had several problems: a/c sometimes not working, the shower had problems with water, and during a rainy day the water entered from the roof.
Food is great, but repetitive. The breakfast, that is amazing, is always the same. Lunch and dinner are very good, especially goat and fish.
Finally, I did not like tha cages with animals inside, birds and monkey. I don't think it is so nice for these poor animals.

our vacations
Beautiful hotel, good price, good service, very nice view, enjoy and pleasant trip, i went for my vacatiions with my son and father .....good costumer services.....good food...nice plase to relax that was a good experience ...we will come back...we recommended.

Pls read: Worst in 5 months in S America!
We booked the superior queen room in this hotel and ended up getting someone's dirty bedroom without a lock on 2 doors! After some looking around the owner found our reservation, and when we asked, he confirmed that it was for the ground floor somewhat separate superior queen room that we had booked. Instead of telling us the truth (supposedly a pipe issue made the room unusable) he had us pay in full the price for 3 nights (180,000/night) and asked us to wait 30 min while the room was prepared. We could see people walking back and forth across the property between the rooms for rent and the owners house, with sheets, pillows, toilet paper, etc. An hour later we were shown to our room in the owner's house which was actually someone's dirty bedroom that smelled of urine in the one corner - clothes in the closet & drawers (hence no space for ours) and heaps of furniture placed outside our door which the dog slept on since his sleeping cushion (perhaps the source of the urine smell) was part of the pile.
After assurances there was a room key, it took repeated requests for it before someone showed up with a tool kit and filed down a random key to try to make it fit our door-lock. It was a moot effort as all you had to do was lightly push the "locked" door and it opened, not to mention that later we realized the balcony door also didn't close properly. Alas there was no chance of falling asleep and being robbed as the other dog on the property barked all night - really a marathon effort. The poor Doberman was locked in a small concrete & wire enclosure in the stifling heat.
The shower consisted of a pipe out of the wall which spouted tepid water and at one point, while lathered up, stopped working. Pics below show the state of cleanliness and conditions.
We requested a refund and were assured we'd receive it on our Visa within 3 days. As is no surprise, it's been 3 weeks and the only Visa entry is for the charge of 3 days in full. Three blatant lies... shameful.

Viaje con mi señora
Un excelente viaje junto a mi esposa en rio hacha con excelente atencion y muy hermosas instalaciones. Un viaje a fin de año y muy disfrutado. Las habitaciones estan bien equipadas y con una decoracion bellisima.
