A Small Boutique Hotel

I enjoyed 2 relaxing days before my flight home and after 2 very busy weeks in Medellin. Although I was told the hotel was full for the weekend, I didn't see other tourists during the midweek days I was there.
Lovely building and grounds. Very quiet. Seems to be a family venture. My room was comfortable. Plenty of hot water, good towels.
My tour guide dropped me off at the hotel but he knew the area. The hotel is isolated, not in walking distance of anything.
I stayed at the hotel and ate all meals there. The food was good and fair priced. Birds were plentiful, domestic and wild. As I sat on the patio enjoying breakfast the resident parrot sat on the rail close enough to touch.
Their English was about equal to my Spanish which is minimal. We got along with the help of Google translate. The staff were friendly.

Not recomended

Service in the lobby is very poor.
This is not the best place for vacations. The cleaning of the rooms .... terrible, The bathrooms are in very bad conditions. The place is very noisy because is too close to the Airport. Looks like no Management is there. Mainteinance and cleaning is NOT in the place.

Esta bella Hosteria en el Oriente de Antioquia: ya no existe!
Está investigada por las leyes de Colombia.
Es una lástima porque el sitio era bueno.
Tiene una locación única!
Cerca del Aeropuerto Internacional José María Cordova.
El clima de este sitio es el mejor que se pueda encontrar.
