The warmth and quality of the kitchen staff who lovingly offered us exquisite dishes. Impeccable sheets and towels and all embroidered with the logo of the place, there are quality details throughout the hotel.

Very expensive for the drawbacks we had
Unfortunately, the first night was very frustrating. The hot tub never had hot water. They spent more than an hour in and out of the suite, checking the electrical installation, gas pipette and hot tub without managing to fix it. Even one of the employees suggested changing the gas pipette and the idea was discarded. Meanwhile, my partner and I, already ready to enjoy the hot tub, could only wait, watch them joke among themselves and resign ourselves to not using either the hot tub or the hot shower, on a rainy night. I ended up writing on WhatsApp until after 10 p.m. trying to defend our right to enjoy something that was a fundamental part of what was sold to us.
The next day, very early, they sent staff to the suite without waiting for confirmation on WhatsApp. One of the employees went upstairs to warn that they were going to check the hot tub. Considering that the suite is in the middle of nature and sold as a space of total privacy, it felt invasive that they climbed like this without being sure before it was a good time. The most outrageous thing was that the problem was solved in five minutes by changing the gas pipette, which they also had right there on the premises, next to the restaurant. I mean, something that could have been resolved the night before with a little more judgment and maintenance ended up completely ruining the first night and even generating tension between me and my partner.
I want to acknowledge that the guide who accompanied us on the walk was exceptional: friendly, respectful, always watching over us, helped us relax, shared anecdotes of the place and was very attentive for the rest of the stay. At reception they were also very cordial: they apologized several times, offered us a change of suite, a bottle of wine and applied a 15% discount on the first night, gesture that I appreciate.
However, no courtesy or discount can give us back the lost quality time or the illusion of that first night that my partner had been dreaming so long. For the price paid and the image of exclusivity the hotel projects, I expected a much more rigorous level of maintenance, more professional incident management and clear protocols to respect the privacy of the suites.
The place is beautiful, but I leave with a bitter taste and, honestly, I would not recommend the hotel at this time nor do I think it will come back.
