Comfortable rooms but beds a little hard, place has a severe minimalist modern vibe. But onsite parking, which is a big plus

Good hotel, good service, things to improve.

Good hotel close to the center of Santa Rosa. To highlight the coffee they have at the reception, very good coffee, very rich. The staff very good, the receptionist Vanessa very well, very friendly and helpful. Also the gentlemen who help you with parking, suitcases, and even to reserve the thermals of Santa Rosa, were very friendly, in the restaurant as well.
On the other hand, something that corresponds more to the owners, we stayed two nights in the hotel and at no time served the Internet or TV because of a transformer problem or something we were told. It is suggested to have alternatives because it is very important. Also, it is important to note before going that all rooms have internal window, not external to the street. We didn't mind but we saw people upset about it. Finally, although we saw the beds and bathroom clean in general, it is suggested to improve the cleanliness under the beds because before leaving we checked what we did not have something left, and we saw a dirty glass that we did not use, it was something from previous guests.

There were no drinking glasses no mini fridge. The free breakfast was bad at best. It was not what was advertised

Cardboard walls

I put the same review on the portal where we booked the hotel...
I can only say that if you can afford another hotel you'd better...
It was torture. Thankfully, it was only one night and it was the worst of the 9 nights we spent at the coffee shaft.
The walls of the rooms were cardboard and we heard even the snoring of the other guests.
We used the sink only twice because we were afraid it would break.
It is a hotel that needs urgent reform!!!
For what we paid it seemed that it did not fit at all.
