“Warm Hospitality and Peaceful Comfort at Casa Vallecaucana

Casa Vallecaucana is a charming two-story boutique hotel, ideally located near many of Cali’s main attractions and nestled in the beautiful San Fernando neighborhood. Each of my stays at Casa Vallecaucana have been exceptional in every aspect.
From the moment you arrive, you feel the warmth and welcoming atmosphere of a true home. The staff provides attentive and personalized service, and the rooms are comfortable, well-maintained, and feature a small private outdoor garden that adds a special touch of tranquility. The included breakfast is always fresh and delicious, reflecting genuine top-quality hospitality.
I travel to Cali several times a year and always choose Casa Vallecaucana for its consistently outstanding service. I would especially like to recognize Juan Fernando Gomez, who works the night shift. His friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care for guests make every arrival a pleasant experience.
I highly recommend Casa Vallecaucana to anyone visiting the beautiful city of Cali. It’s a place that combines comfort, convenience, and heartfelt hospitality, truly a home away from home.

Nice stay here. Reception staff were really helpful and friendly and the rooms were comfortable. WiFi was good and the breakfast wasn’t bad either. We liked the location just a short walk from San Fernando where there’s some great restaurants. We stayed here to go and watch America de Cali and it was perfectly located for the stadium.

Excellent

The whole stay was very pleasant, the customer service, the room very comfortable, very central to the places we wanted to visit, very rich breakfast and easy access to the parking. It is a very nice and welcoming hotel, we hope to come back very soon, I will recommend it, thank you

Basic but clean and safe

It’s a good hotel - decent value but basic. The rooms are clean but small and functional. I was travelling with work and it didn’t really lend itself for having to do some work in the mornings - but it’s probably not marketed towards business travellers in fairness.
The location is slightly out of the centre but Ubers are cheap.
The room didn’t have an iron - but they found one for me to use…but no ironing board.
The corridors were a little noisy as other guests came back from their nights out.
3 stars reflects the standard of the hotel but it’s very good value and I was happy to be here for 4 nights.
