Very good hotel
The owners of this hotel are very well known and hardworking people. A clean and good hotel. If I don’t give it five ratings because the employees are not very friendly or delivered, especially in the restaurant work as boring. The excellent pool

Opportunities for improvement

the closest thing to a scam
The worst hotel in Villavicencio, old, expensive and with problems of understanding on the part of the management and as a consequence of the staff who obviously follow the designs of the boss or the one who commands. I am not a Colombian citizen and I must be refunded a VAT money because I am exempt and require an account number from a Colombian bank otherwise I do not make such a transfer. They are unable to understand that I am not from that country and that I do not have any account in any Colombian bank but insist that if this is not the case they do not return this amount, another incongruity, I request that they return it in cash and they reply that by company rules they only give me up to 80 thousand pesos and not the entire amount that belongs to me and are so unmodernized that they can not even make a credit card with which I paid the stay, that the application does not allow it, summarizing very obsolete, complicated and backward business mentalities. Eventually I had to contact a person with an account in a bank in the country to access money that is mine and that there has been no way to make them understand the incongruity and surreality of the situation.
Anyway for anyone who reads me I recommend the Hotel Don Lolo which is just 50 meters before this, ah!!! and half price and much better service in all aspects.

Good hotel, good location, has several things to improve to make it worth the price
The structure of the hotel from the outside looks good and the lobby is nice, the pool area is nice. To improve, once you leave the lobby things change, the elevator is very small and old, and lacks aesthetic maintenance, the basement that serves as a parking lot is very small and is Villavo, many vans are used that must be maneuvered to be able to locate them and traffic between cars, lighting should be improved. The hotel hallways are also quite old, I felt like they were in the 70s, lack lighting and improve paint. We all look for the room in the hotel, I liked the space, they are quite large, very comfortable, old decoration. Despite being large, the bathroom was small and very simple, the truth is that the shower area could be better. WiFi very slow. It does not have any type of sound insulation, what was happening in the hallway is like what was happening in my room, that for me, if it is low appreciation, the room next door could not be heard at all and there was a guest, but the one next to front, it was as if it was part of my room and they had a baby that didn't stop running, I thought they were in the hallway and not everything could be heard from their room. The hotel is decent and not bad for spending the night or several, however due to the cost I would look for another option. Very good cleaning. The food was good. Breakfast included. To improve in the restaurant, the tables and chairs. I had lunch there and it took a long time for the food to arrive, but the quality and price were acceptable. The hotel is fine, it only looks more than it is. With a slightly lower price it would remain in its category and quite acceptable.

RUIDO INSOPORTABLE NO VALLAN!!
Terrible el ruido no deja descansar el colchón viejo con huecos y resortes salidos el aseo está bien pero el ruido interminable de los carros es insoportable el parqueadero lleno de carros viejos estrellados y con un olor a humedad enfermizo está muy viejo el hotel no recomendable ni para pasar una noche.
