Hide in style in Boca Chica

Good location, facilities are welcoming, Horses activities are perfect unique.
The service of the staff is excellent, Roberto is a professional level 4 diamonds, you feel they are personalized butlers, more than waiters. 10/10.

Hotel to avoid absolutely

Following the cancellation of our flight due to the wind, we were repatriated to this hotel... and what an unpleasant surprise.
Upon arrival, we waited for more than an hour in the lobby, without any information or proper care.
The room was stuffy (about 30 degrees) with an absolutely unbearable smell. No hot water, no electricity in the bathroom, which makes the experience even more unpleasant. To top it all off, there are lizards in the shower and insects in the room. Unacceptable.
On the food side, the evening meal was a real disappointment: menu reduced to the bare minimum, without explanation. And the next morning, no breakfast offered.
A catastrophic experience from start to finish.
Hotel to absolutely avoid!

Almost excellent!

Great facilities for families with kids. Mojitos and Margaritas were awesome! Staff is amazing! However, very disappointed with the food and we rented a jacuzzi which was not working properly and staff was only giving us excuses for the first four hours of our day pass…. Water was never hot.

Don’t waist your time or money. I booked a weekend stay here as part of my vacation. One morning I got you early and left. I spent a day out running errands, when I return to the hotel room there was an entire family & their belongings in my room. The hotel rented my room out to a day pass family. All my belongings were stolen including 3 brand new bottles is whiskey. Not only did the hotel management have 0 explanations or remorse. They refused any type of compensation.
All in all, terrible!
