Very good but....

Overall this is a nice resort but a bit dated. If you are on the "adults only" side and want to do about 80% of the restaurants, casino, nightly entertainment, bowling alley, etc. you will need to travel to the family side for it, so it's not truly adults only. Staff is wonderful, food is very good, beach was full of seaweed. The resort is HUGE, so they have cute "trains" ( small vehicles pulling benches on carts) to bring you were you want to go. Great for families! Tons to do!

Really had a great girls trip.It was my birthday and apparently the hotel had my birth date and sent a cake up to the room with a beautiful letter, in Spanish but non the less very thoughtful. I had a second cake delivered to my table after dinner that night. It was the off season so we never had to wait for dinner, lounge chairs a spot at the bar or a seat at the show which I liked. The food was ok, but the choices are plentiful. Breakfast buffet is the best. The staff at the hotel are very nice, communication can be difficult since most of them don't speak english. But you manage to get the point. across or give up and find someone else to answer. I can't say anything bad about my experience there and I would go there again.

Loving to have vacation

Adult area

Overall, we had a good stay. The experience may depend somewhat on which area of the resort you stay in, as we stayed in the adults-only area. The overall resort ambiance was pleasant, and the beach location was absolutely spectacular. The facilities were also good and well maintained.
That said, the rooms are starting to show their age and could benefit from some renovation and updating. Another downside was the noise level. We could clearly hear our neighboring rooms, especially when they were on their balconies, as well as some noise from outside. Better soundproofing would definitely improve the overall experience.
Overall, it’s a beautiful resort with a fantastic beach and a nice atmosphere, but the rooms and noise control could use some improvement.

Beautiful hotel to stay

Great hotel. It’s very big but they provide a shuttle to get around which is great they have very friendly staff especially Felix ozuna he helped us out a lot
