The staff was helpful. They took a copy of my ID. The room was clean. There was a fan and an AC. They told us we could only turn on one of them at once.

When i arrived at the hotel caribbean the man at the desk, say me they are fully, i told him i made a reservation two weeks ago. He searched the computer for 10 minutes, i am tired. Reservation no had gone through in their system, even though i had already paid. He is making arrangements for callings the hotels vacancy. The agent insists that he had previously been told the person would be accepted. he agrees right them there and prints my passport with illegible bleue ink. And i tell him i paid 450 pesos for the taxi, and that this time he has to pay me. When I arrived at the Hotel Renacer—where he had made the arrangements for my check-in—he offered me room 301; inside, everything was damp, and the white paint on the walls was peeling.
The bathroom was completely dirty; there were two rolls of toilet paper and two bars of soap. The bed creaked, and there were only two sheets and two dirty, moldy pillows. The window was on the verge of falling out, as it wasn't properly attached to the concrete. The air smelled musty and stale.Breakfast was your choice, but whenever you asked for something—like personal care items—it took a long time for them to bring it; there were other issues, too. I will never go back there, and I would never recommend it. The noise was dreadful—every night. I’d go to bed at 8 p.m., but there were always people, children, and helpers talking loudly until the early hours; trying to sleep was a nightmare. The air conditioning was also noisy, and there w

Neither the door to my room, nor the toilet door had handles. Getting out was a challenge. Four power cuts proved a welcome relief from the hum of an AC unit one metre opposite the one window to an internal passage. I dont ask much for a fifteen dollar room, but I expect a door handle.
