Lovely place

One of the most beautiful resorts I have visited. Great food (greatest desserts and overall great quality of produce), kind and friendly staff, who offered many options and tended to our needs. Located in a beautiful valley in the heart of a mountain range.

My experience in Chech mountains

I recommend this Hotel for an excellent food and nice staff. A marvellous espresso. Food prepeared with talent and great care. A nice view from the window and good location with a free parking place for Hotel's guests. Dogs are not allowed, but our Eddi got immediately his bowl of water on the terrace from the kind staff.

A great weekend

We spent one great weekend in this lovely hotel. We found it just by accident, but we will for sure keep it in mind for our next trip to Jeseniky. Hotel is placed in a quiet small village close to Karlova Studanka and about 15 mins to reach main sloaps in Mala Moravka by car. The hotel is very nice equiped, looks like Feng Shui architect did a good job on this hotel. We stayed in a room 23A, small but lovely room with a big balcony. The only con in this room is that all the nois comming from kitchen and restaurant on the ground floor is pretty well heard all day long, but nothing what would drives me crazy. We appreciate the privat and guarded parking place. All the staff is nice, helpful and the biggest thanks belong to the lady on the front desk. Nice cousine, great welness and OK prices are also the points why to come back.

We weren´t disappointed...

We have just returned from our holiday in Jeseníky. We had a double room with balcony on third floor. Don´t worry about stairs, there is a lift:-) The room was big with enough space for clothes. There was a bathroom with shower, really big one. The hotel itself is really nice, beautiful garden with lovely swimming lake. Unfortunately we didn´t try it as it wasn´t weather for swimming. There is a playground for kids, tennis court for adults:-) a nice terrace. They had one day a grilling on terrace which was perfect. There is a nice restaurant with good choice of food. We like breakfast, there was ham, cheese, warm food, jam, cakes, fruit, juice, tea, coffee etc. The hotel is very good situated as it is near quite road and in the middle of nature. We did lots of trips, to Karlova Studánka, Zlaté hory, Rejvíz. We were really happy that we chose this hotel, I cannot complain. The only thing which they could improve is cleaning. I am not saying that the room was dirty....but the cleaning lady didn´t hoover properly and to be honest it should have been done better. However, overall impression was good and worthy staying at the hotel.

Krásné místo

Hotel se nachází v Ludvíkově v hezkém prostředí. Obsluha je velmi milá a příjemná. V restauraci dobré snídaně i večeře. Jídlo ala carte perfektní, občas to trochu déle trvalo. Servírky se však velmi snažili, zvláště pak paní se zapletenými copy byla velmi milá. Recepce super, pokoje čisté. Cena odpovídající kategorii hotelu. Celkově doporučujeme.
