Super místo/Amazing place
Mohu říci, že vše bylo jak mělo, personál skvělý, ochotný a příjemný. Snídaně dobré, večeře jsme neměly, raději jsme si vybraly dle chuti z menu, porce velké a jídlo velmi chutné,pokoj dostačující, akorát si to nedokážu představit v zimě s lyžařskou výbavou, výborná základna pro výlety, kousek do centra Železné Rudy, parkování zdarma, pejsci vítáni a zdarma. Tenisový kurt, volejbalové hřiště, místo pro pejsky, hlídač Bobeš. Prostě bych se tam ráda vrátila a každému mohu doporučit. Jen wifi je pouze v restauraci až do pokoje nesahá.
I can say, tht everything was as it should be, staff was nice and really friendly, breakfast good, we didnt had a dinner but we choose from a menu, and everything was amaing. Room was fine, i cant imagine it during winter with all the stuff but for summer its good place for trips and travelling around, nearby of center of Železná Ruda, parking is free, dogs are free too, they are allowed and they likes dogs. You can play tennis and volleyball there, place for dogs. I could only reccomeng tht and i will come back when i will can. Wifi is only in restaurant its not reaching a rooms.

Never again arrogant owner and weird staff
We had cold water 1 night and when telling to the owner the next day we only encountered very arrogant and cold approach. Finally he came with an apology that there was a technical failure and gave us different room. But still being very arrogant. Reading other reviews, we were not the the only ones having this negative experience. Try to avoid this property. Seemingly low price is not worthy your ruined holidays.

Once was more than enough!
Sorry but I can't recommend this property at all. The first what really surprised me was when I called to ask about times of arrival and departure and someone talk to me so offensive that I can't read properly. (Times are different on Booking.com 4pm, 9:30am) When we arrived we got the room immediately which was perfect so we went to have some drink at the restaurant (never more) every question or order was a pain for the staff. Also owner is really arrogant saying to the guests what to eat to don't get fat??? He is there every morning with his huge dog lying at the sofa while is breakfast time.(only 8-9) Everything like a tennis court, billiard is extra charged. Wifi only works I don't know where... No one even took the trash during our stay. Way to expensive for this service and treatment. Next time better go to Germany.

Quick service, good food
Nice clean interior with inside children's corner, warm in dining room, parking place, good food, reasonable prices, quick and friendly service. Near to a railway station, Samoty (downhill course ) city center.

Never again!!!
The hotel has the worst personal stuff & manager that I have ever seen. The owner behaviour was so unprofessional and ignored. there was really cold over the winter. There is not possible to use additional heated due to poor electricity loading. We were waiting in restaurant over 1,5 hour just for pancakes. Eventhough there is Kind corner inside, we have got a feeling children are not welcome in. We was pushed by stuff to pay extra tea for child 1,5 year old. Never again!!!
