An extraordinary experience.

Everything spectacular, the amazing view, the extraordinary rooms, the pool we loved, the service and friendliness of all the staff especially Alexia.
The location of the best, we had available the best beaches just 5 minutes away.

We chose our vacation with so much love and expectation of a perfect place. In the photos we thought it would be a wonderful place with a swimming pool and an amazing view, in addition to comfort and peace. We arrived and we already noticed that there was only one air conditioning in the room. The room didn't. But all right... we thought that ok... we could stand it. It was a very strong heat and we turned on the room air to refresh and be perfect when we arrived from dinner. To our surprise when we returned to the room had an unbearable smell of sewage and dead animal inside the room. We thought it came from the rals, we tried to cover the rals... it didn't work. To our surprise I came to read the comments here from the trip and people said it was from the air conditioning. I was terrified because the smell was unbearable . I couldn't sleep the night. It was awful!!! We complained and were told they were going to see . The smell continued. We had to turn off the air and just stay in the fan all day long . What a sadness!!! We had to withstand 3 days with heat and only the ceiling fan.
Also is full of cupin the room. With rebounds at night. The pool is dirty and poorly cared for.
The view is beautiful... but honestly we felt mistaken, because we saw that the air problem is chronic and did not make the
Minimum issue to arrange, as there have been complaints here since 2024. And we are in May 2025. Frankly, shameful to offer this hosting. Better close then for sure! Never again! Do not stay in this place for the sake of your vacation!!!

The perfect spot in Santa Teresa

The location is magical. Full sea view from your bedroom. The property is secure high on a hill and has 24/7 security. Our villa was exceptionally clean. Thorough cleaning is done every day by dedicated cleaners.

If you like the smell of sewage and no service or care, this is the place for you

Wow…in all the wrong ways. Truly disappointing stay. Overwhelming smell of sewage in the room. Couldn’t lock door because of broken locks and told not to worry, we would be safe. Speaking of, safe didn’t work either. So just leave my valuables in an unlockable room was the solution?? Maybe the horrible stench will keep the thieves away?? Uncomfortable beds, just nasty pillows that smell of mold. Trash never emptied and that’s where you have to put your dirty toilet paper. I understand septic, but please empty the trash cans. Owner really didn’t care…I couldn’t be more disappointed than I was with our stay at the AKWA. Just don’t do it…

Smell of heat!! Frosty atmosphere on the other hand

Normal welcome! It starts well when we arrive in the room smell of paint or other extreme heat!!! Tiny room with only a chair!!! We are not welcome to have a good time just welcome to our wallets!!!! Extremely expensive for what it is!! Never go there!! And besides, booking is the same, they are just there to sell!!! Nothing else they don't care about us
