Apartments Miljas is set only a 5-minute walk from a beach and from the centre of a picturesque town of Cavtat. The property is 500 metres from Cavtat’s Port that offers daily connections to islands of Koločep and Sipan.

Great location to see everything.
The room was good for what we needed. It came with a kitchenette. The balcony was a nice size but sadly we didn’t have a sea view room. Everything is provided hairdryer, cutlery , towels etc. The people who live in the building next door are really friendly and always said hello to us. It has a bus stop close to it and a great restaurant. There are 2 steep hills leading up to it so on a very hot day a bus going up would probably be a good idea. Its close to the beautiful town with its shops and restaurants and the stunning sea view with sunsets you have to see to believe. The beach is close but not sandy so you need footwear in the water.

Fantastic engaged proprietor with beautiful rooms
Emilia, the owner communicated with us promptly. We were confused about parking arrangements. Her website says parking is paid separately, but this site and others said free parking. 30 Euros per day to park in Hotel Berkeley across the street. Unloading luggage on the street above and carrying it down the street stairs requires a level of fitness that might challenge some travelers.
The room is BEAUTIFUL. Best we’ve had in Croatia. Very large with a spacious modern bathroom and a kitchen, lots of cabinet space and tasteful furnishings
The bus stop to take you to the Old Town is a five minute walk, and the bus ride is ten minutes to the North Gate. There are several nice restaurants and bars within 200 yards walk. Great location and accommodations

Nice location
Gorgeous view and a very quiet neighborhood near Cavtat center. You can hear the birds singing and the sunsets are amazing.
Only thing missing in the apartment are blackout curtains and a firmer mattress. Would also of been nice to have some english tv channels besides BBC news.
I did prefer Cavtat to Dubrovnik which I found crowded with lot of tourists. I do recommend this apartment.

Lovely apartment, gorgeous view
We arrived in Cavtat after dark and our first real view was from the apartment balcony. When it says 'sea view' it means it! It was a gorgeous view over the bay. There is a lovely balcony with plenty of room which was nice to sit out on either in the evening or for breakfast.
The apartment itself was a two-person apartment and was very clean, spacious and well fitted out for a holiday apartment. We would definitely use the apartment again if we get the opportunity to visit Cavtat again. There is a bus stop within 100 yards to go to Dubrovnik or into Cavtat town/promenade, etc and a local mini market just a few yards further (nice fresh croisants!). It's about a 5-10 minute walk into Cavtat town, it is down the hill but you can use the bus to return or eat an ice cream on the way back, which we found worked well!
Katica, the apartment owner, was very welcoming and friendly. She collected us from the airport and also dropped us back there to go home which was very much appreciated. Katica was easy to contact for any queries. All in all, we would recommend the apartment and Cavtat itself.

Excellent family-run apartments
My partner and I are just back from a week in Cavtat and were very pleased with our stay at Miljas Apartments.
The service provided by Katrica and her family was first class from our arrival in Croatia to our departure. We were collected at the airport even though the plane was unexpectedly delayed, presented with a bottle of very excellent home-made wine, given a quick run-down on travel essentials for Cavtat, and offered food even though it was near midnight and Katrica had work in the morning; we were able to leave our luggage in their home for a late night flight back home and were left back to the airport with a parting gift and a shot of liqueur to see us on our way.
The room had everything you would need for a self-catering holiday even down to plastic plates for picnic lunches and noticing that we needed an extra pillow when they changed the bed clothing and cleaned our room. The weather during our stay was unusually hot so we were very glad of the air-conditioning, which was one of the quieter air-conditioning systems that we have experienced.
We had one of the sea-view rooms and the views over the bay and Cavtat were spectacular. We did find the hill from town to the apartment initially challenging, but that was as much a reflection of our lack of fitness. The climb became easier as the week went on so even that was ultimately a positive.
Cavtat was wonderful and made even better by the lovely family we stayed with. Thank you Katrica and family for making us feel so welcome.
