Always trying, but inadequate.

The trip was booked by the airline because our flight was canceled. If I had had to pay for this hotel, we would have canceled the trip. The hotel seems worn out, the room for a family of 4 was much too small and it smells musty, especially in the bathroom. It is incredibly noisy. You can understand every word from the neighbors. Breakfast & dinner were unfortunately not good at all. At breakfast, no products were refrigerated. The dishes were unfortunately wet and dirty, no matter where you took them from.. soft drinks from the dispenser were undrinkable. The staff is friendly and tries hard. With a stroller or similar, the hotel can only be left or reached via stairs and very steep ramps. The location and the view of the sea are great, however. The blame for the hotel's situation definitely lies with the operator and not with the staff. This hotel was too expensive even for free! We ate our meals at an external restaurant and that says it all!

The staff was great. Very nice location. The breakfast was wonderful. Check in and check out was eeasy and pleasant.
Only inconvenience was the parking, needing to loop a couple times to find, which was timeconsuming based on thr area.
