The apartment was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with quality cooking facilities, basics like a supply of oil balsamic, seasoning, sugar, beautiful teas provided. Washing machine / laundry liquid, toilet roll, shower gel, shower caps all provided in the bathroom and wow what a powerful shower. The bed was super comfortable. We were greeted by our hostess on arrival and she was available immediately for any advice or information needed, but otherwise was not intrusive whatsoever.
It is a lovely quiet area yet so easily accessible to all you would want to do in Lapad, Dubrovnik and beyond.
All we can say is if you are hesitating in any way about booking this apartment, please don’t. You will be 100% happy with it.

Perfect location - lovely hosts!
The location is perfect - very close to the beach (walking distance) and a short bus ride (Number 6) from the Old Town. It is close to a myriad of restaurants and a small grocery shop is within one minutes walking distance. Good value and I thoroughly recommend.

The owner contacted us a couple of days prior and we stayed in touch ever since. She approached us as soon as we arrived near the building and showed us around. We even got some tips about the nearest stores, places to visit, etc. Very friendly and helpful person.
The apartment was very tidy and everything we needed was there. Not only things like tea, or a bottle of water in the fridge. We had access to an ironing board and could hang out our laundry outside. We felt comfortable there. One day when we were out, it started to rain. We returned to the apartment to find all the laundry neatly folded safely away from the rain!
The location turned out to be great! We had a short walk to Sunset Beach (the most recognized one in Dubrovnik, I think), on the other side you can take an narrow alley and go straight to the marina area if you're looking for a cruise.
We had a great small store just one minute away with a pretty good restaurant on the other side of the road; the bus station for bus no 6 (Old Town) was no more than 5 minutes away.
Overall I can recommend staying here :)
