Beautiful apartment, beautiful views. Great facilities

Great stay. 3 minute drive from Omis.
Clean, recently renovated (very tastefully). Quiet. Very large terrace facing out to sea. Kitchenette and open plan lounge/ dining area with satellite TV. Good restaurant only a 2 minute walk away. Ample parking. Highly recommend.

Nice rooms

Nice big rooms and the owners daughter picked us up from the petrol station, which was nice as we'd had to walk for 10 minutes in the rain from the port.
She was lovely & the room is nice & big, everything worked great. But I would NOT recommend getting your washing done here. It cost €15 and my washing was left wet either in the dryer or washing machine overnight, which caused some of my clothes to be ruined after the dye had run. I would rather have had them brought to me that night and found somewhere to hang them in the room if I had known they would be left like that.

Relaxed holiday by the beach

This is a wonderful property overlooking the beach in Duce. The owners are warm and very friendly people, ready to help and took care of all our needs.. The apartments are very well-furnished, clean, fresh and modern. Just a stone's throw away from the beach. Lots of cosy, eating places and restaurants within walking distances and the town center and shopping district is only two kilometers away. Would certainly recommend this place for a very relaxed holiday with family.

Great location, helpful host

Located 19kms south of Split, these apartments are perfectly located for a short beach holiday. Omis has one of Croatia's few sandy beaches and the water is clean, fairly shallow and relatively still. Although the area around the building seems slightly run-down, the apartments are a different story altogether. The building is relatively new (constructed 2011/12), the apartments are modern and well-equipped with large and clean rooms, fresh bathrooms, two balconies in each apartment with great views of the Adriatic. The air-conditioning works well and so does the WiFi. The best part is that the beach is bang opposite - just cross the road in front of the house and jump into the sea! Within walking distance to restaurants and shopping markets, these apartments are just waiting to be discovered. The host (Tomislav) and his family make all efforts to ensure a pleasant stay.

appartement spacieux et propre, belle terrasse vue mer
le positif s'arrete la....
par contre, entre la terrasse et la petite plage, la route principale qui relie omis à split, passante et très bruyante jour et nuit, camions, bus, voitures, motos....
ne cherchez pas le calme ici et ce n'est pas précisé sur les sites de location
d'autre part, information fausse également sur les sites de location, le propriétaire n'accepte pas les cartes de crédit, il faut régler en cash de main à main, dans la cour de l'immeuble, comme des voleurs, et même pas de preuve de paiement ou de facture !!!!
tv satellite : une seule chaine francais d'infos et 150 chaines allemandes.
Accueil moyen vite fait bien fait
vaisselle très minimaliste, même pas une passoire, pas de micro-ondes...
