The food in the restaurant, however, was somewhat disappointing and did not match the overall standard of the hotel. The staff were very friendly, although we experienced that the service level could be improved.
For example, several times during our one-week stay, we had to ask for two large towels instead of only one (as we were two guests). There was also no soap available in the bathroom when we arrived, although this was fixed after we mentioned it. On our arrival day, our food was served completely cold after we had waited approximately 40 minutes. After giving our feedback, we were offered the possibility of ordering a new burger, but we had to wait again and pay for the replacement meal.
The bathroom design also makes it difficult to take a shower without getting the entire floor wet, which is somewhat inconvenient. The cleaning was acceptable, but at times it seemed a little too rushed. For example, dirty cups were not removed, and crumbs on the floor were not vacuumed away even after several days.
I hope these points can be improved, as the hotel has great potential and many positive qualities. With a few adjustments, it could become an even better experience for future guests. :)

A hotel like a symphony in holiday major
Just one of so many ingredients for a paradise holiday, with some tennis sprinkled on the hotel's own courts - well maintained - but above all swimming. The aminess blue is probably copied from the sea, which invites here so irresistibly colorful. With Park, this hotel has so much more to offer than just beautiful views of the sea, the island and the city of Korcula - definitely worth visiting.
You feel holistically taken care of and the hotel director has a team of selected friendliness and competence. The choice of buffet probably satisfies all tastes. No! She'll be thrilled.
In Italy, a hotel of this quality would probably cost three times as much. The holidaymaker gets more than just “on his account”. They/he/both...they will be thrilled. Pool, bar and style - at its best. At the reception time and again wonderful floral arrangements, which come from the private garden of the director. In the evenings often live music with dancing possibilities. The rooms stylish and generously functionally equipped.
Yes, it is also possible to wear elegant summer clothes here. Matching the Mediterranean style of the house. A true symphony in holiday major! We can't help but love it.

A two week stay on a lovely part of Croatia
The reception staff greeted us pleasantly every time we passed.
Restaurant facilities are typically Mediterranean buffet style. Mostly the food was of a good standard bearing in mind the varied cultural requirements of an international hotel. There were occasional items not available (butter one day, tomatoes another day) however this didn't spoil our holiday. One observation is that as food runs out it takes too long to replenish it. Perhaps a more regular review of the serving dishes by kitchen staff would prevent this. There is a new brigade in the kitchen who are working hard to improve as they progress through the season.
Every member of staff treated us well but a special mention must go to Sven (the butter magician), Renata (talk to her about special restaurants and things to do in the area) Laura and Marco (waiting staff).
We hope to return in the future.
