Little Venice

Molo Longo manages various apartments located in the city of Rijeka, we stayed at the Little Venice in the center. Quiet area, the room was down the hall separated by a sliding door. Inside the room was well furnished, spacious and nothing was missing (kitchen, washing machine, clothesline, toaster...). A little dark because the windows overlook another building. There is a car park in front, if you find a spot, or on the pier.
He doesn't have breakfast and in Rijeka to find croissants we had to go to a bakery nearby because they don't sell them in bars.

For the price we weren’t impressed. The furniture was falling apart, the shower door was almost falling off, and there were ants in the kitchen. The queen bed was comfortable but my kids said that the bunk beds weren’t very comfortable. The AC was only located in the kitchen/living area so sleeping was a bit hot especially during the heat wave. It was very nice to have laundry in the apartment though!
Location- it was great for going on a boat tour as we were only a 5min walk from the port but if you wanted to walk to the beach it was at least 30min. Groceries were very close which was nice.

Never ever again . Never again!

Saturday 7 June morning contact molo longo for apartment Vera ( two rooms , with elevator ) , I am offered another apartment , of which they send me a brief description . After lunch we went to the address and in the key box there were not only the wrong keys, but the apartment was on the 3rd floor without elevator, which is not mentioned in the description. Immediately via whatsapp I point out that our request was for an apartment with elevator , or ground floor . Having not yet entered the apartment I ask that we be kindly changed. They did not change the apartment and the response was an adamant denial. After about 30 minutes of texting on whatsapp, ob torto collo, we decide to enter the apartment. And after an hour they contact us to tell us that they would have changed our apartment if nothing had been touched in the one where we were. But we had already used bathroom and shower. If they had immediately made us change apartment, it would have been very welcome. I will never speak to them again.

Apartment almost unusable for the bad smell coming from the bathroom

I got a room with them via the website booking.com.
Unfortunately, an unbearable smell comes out of the bedroom bathroom (a circumstance certainly known to them) making it impossible to stay in it.
This is the one included in the group "Mini Palais 2" at Slaviše Vajnera Čiče street.

MOLO LONGO Apartments. I will never use this self-styled agency again.

Molo Longo is a terrible agency, don't use it. Let me tell you briefly about my experience: Booked and paid in advance on 26 September 2024 for 4 October 2024.
Until 13:00 on 4 October 2024 and after sending a dozen emails they had not yet told me what the address of the apartment where I would stay would be.
I would have arrived in Rjieka on October 4th at 7:30 pm.
My departure was at 12:20.
So since I hadn't received any news about where I was supposed to go I made another Reservation at another facility.
The requested information came from Molo Longo, via email, at 13:00 time when I was traveling.
Once I arrived in Rjieka I asked for a refund of the amount paid in advance by bank transfer. The sum was not returned to me. I'm not talking about the endless inconsistent nonsense and the Response mirror climbing they sent me. There are all the emails they sent me and I sent them. They kept the sum.
