Fantastic location! The hotel staff was wonderfully accommodating and helped answer all my questions. While public transportation took a little time to figure out at first, it was smooth sailing once we got the hang of it.

Establishment to avoid.

Arrogant staff. Shower mat is torn and frayed, duvet cover has several stains. No soundproofing. Breakfast with filter coffee or instant coffee, orange juice like diluted orange powder. Drinks stay at room temperature all day in a carafe!

I'm going back to Split, but I'm not staying here.

Correct room, mediocre cleaning, room service did not spend a day, cigar burns on the sheets, very scarce breakfast, accessed by a beauty center, we had a problem with the hot water thermos at 9 pm and, despite calling and writing to the numbers indicated at reception and in the reservation, we did not get a response until the next morning (then we were attended and resolved the problem quickly), the reception is closed from 20:00 to 8:00. Despite all this, the staff was friendly and correct. It's a half-hour walk from downtown. I'm going back to Split for sure, but I'm not staying here. I do not consider it to be a 4 star accommodation.

Perfect.

A small clean and modern B&B a little outside the center of splits.
Perfect for those who need a place to sleep.
Also offers various SPA treatments that I do not he try.

An original accommodation

Accommodation is done in a kind of cosmetic clinic that probably supplements his income. We must first find the place. It is at the beginning of the street, immediately on the right when you enter the street. It’s a Sunday, but there’s someone at the front desk opening the self-closing doors.
We will have a magnetic card to enter without the need to call.
The rooms are upstairs. They're big with a little unhooked. We like or do not like the decor that a little kitch, but it is well appointed and comfortable. The bathroom is very large, with also a very large and beautiful shower. Probably for patients coming to the clinic.
Breakfast is taken in a small space upstairs as well. It's pretty sketchy. Note that if you want chocolate, there are on the ground floor.
The apartment is 25 minutes walk from the old town. You can take the taxi or bus, the stops being nearby on the main street that leads to the old town. The bus ticket is €3 if you take it on the bus (no machines at the stops near the apartment), otherwise it costs €1 at the payment terminals. Stops are Bolnica krizine 2 and 1, depending on the round trip. At the bus terminal is the Point of Sale adjacent to the Old Town.
If you have a car, you can park for free in the neighbourhood square. It is also possible behind the building.
