Picky London solo traveler “ecstatic”

An amazing apartment for a black female solo traveler who’s very picky by my own admission. I couldn’t find fault and have nothing but praise for cleanliness and extra touches like the endless supply of Nespresso pods to hi-end toiletries. The specialty bottle of wine was an addition that was greatly received. Little touches like individual maps of split and a range of tips for activities before arrival also helped. Being given maps and recommendations of local supermarkets enabled speed settling in enabling more time for leisure.
Andrija the host could not have been more helpful. He checked in to ensure that everything was fine and up to standard. The already spotless apartment was cleaned and topped up again, during my one week visit. The plug in air freshener in the hallway was a lovely touch and the bed was super comfortable.
I was even allowed a late check out which was really helpful. Super large shower with lots of storage and excellent air quality and heating are also pluses for me. Would recommend in a heartbeat. Ps only 7 min walk into old town.

Four Elements

What a fabulous find!!!!, don't be put off by the exterior dark entrance from the road side, these apartments are a real delight, spotlessly clean, very modern, comfortable and in a great position for accessing the city of Split. I would thoroughly recommend staying here, great communication for access arrangements and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely stay and would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic accommodation, location and host.

We had a great time in a beautiful apartment. Everything was clean and tidy with everything you could need including a kitchen and lovely bathroom. Our host Andrija was extremely welcoming, accommodating and flexible. Communication was great throughout. The apartment was a short stroll from the old town and had a mini market and Bakery.

A big 5 for Four Elements

This small boutique place is hosted by Andrija who makes everything very easy, from check in, restaurant and activity tips. The room itself is compact but clean and comfortable. It is well located with a short walk to the old town. We had a great time

Beautiful, secure comfortable apartment,

Top quality apartment within walking distance of the old town, the restaurants and the cruise port. Dont be deceived by the external appearance and the ‘artworks’ on the street walls as this is a very modern, comfortable and secure apartment. It is one small flight of stairs to the security door with dynamic digital keypad lock. Inside are about 3 apartments all with digital yale door locks. Inside is a newly rennovated modern apartment which is larger than most encountered across Croatia and Europe tourist areas. These apartments are owned and well managed by Andraija the perfect host who goes out of his way to explain everything for easy, secure access including luggage storage if needed. The rooms have separate bathroom with multi output walk in shower, toilet and vanity all well lit with mirror light. The bed is a comfortable King bed. There is a fridge, cooktop and espresso machine. The split air conditioning and or window provides relief from outside extremes in the hot summer. There is a large tv, wardrobe and safe. A bench and two comfort chairs as well as a beautifully decorated room makes this one of the best hotel room/apartments we have stayed in and feels homely. The area feels safe to walk freely. I would not hesitate in recommending this for s short or long stay in Split, Croatia.
