Simple and good

This guesthouse is difficult to find out easily. No outside signs showing the name of the place. Considered as good and cheap. Good room and bathroom for reasonable price. No other service here. Can’t find towels as well but good there is hot water. Small fridge and air condition. Had to stay few hours to catch my late flight. So my guide suggested me this place. Few minutes walk you can find supermarket and pharmacy.

One of the best ways to stay overnight in Bishkek including friendly atmosphere and best service

We have booked Crocus Guest House at the start of our trip to Kyrgyztan for three days and at the end of our trip for one day. The owners are are very friendly family, the rooms are very clean, breakfast is very good and extensive. Father and son of the owner family are bookable as guide for trecking tours to the near mountains of Bishkek. We have booked them for the following destinations: Ak-Say within National Park "Al Archa" with "Racek" mountain shelter,Sokuluk Valley with so called "Dove Waterfall" which has a hight of about 100 meter, and "Ala Medin" Valley with waterfall.
WLAN access for free. This is one of the best ways to stay overnight in Bishkek, including friendly atmosphere and best service.

Sehr angenehmes Guesthouse.

I stayed in this hostel in July 2012. It was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. Free Wifi included. It is a little difficult fo find. The owner of Zoe is very nice and helpful. They can arrange tours to Issyk Kul and ALA Arca. I would recommend to stay here. I hope I can get back in this beautiful location in the near future.

Wonderful place to stay

We stayed here for five nights on our way in and out of Kyrgyzstan. Each time we had a very pleasant stay. It is true the place is hard to find the first time around but Zoya's hospitality more than makes up for it. The Chuy Hospital, as has been mentioned, is a good landmark, and it is only a short two block walk from there to the house. The house is 10 min taxi from the centre in a pleasant suburban neighborhood which makes for an interesting side to Bishkek.
The rooms are clean, sunny, ac and hot water work well as well as the wifi. Breakfast is included and is generally eggs, tomatoes, bread, cheese, salami, juice, coffee, tea and cake. We payed $50 for a double room that had a queen bed.
After two weeks in Kyrgyzstan staying in a variety of places we can really recommend this one. Zoya is very welcoming and will make you feel at home. She recommended lots of laces, welcomed us with tea and biscuits and on our last day let us check out very late. More than anything she was just an extremely friendly woman.

Good guest house but difficult to find

The guest house is located away from the town center in a residential area making it a good place if you do not want to stay in town. However, the difficulty of finding the guest house seems to be a consistent shortcoming and perhaps better direction can be provided. The Chuyskiy Hospital is two streets south of the guest house (5 minute walk). Although we had GPS to guide us, it took us a while and only with the help of our companion who vaguely remember its location relative to the hospital.
Compared to other properties in Bishkek, this is not an expensive place (double about us$60). The lady owner made us feel welcomed. There was nothing fancy about our room but we only needed a place for the night. Air-conditioning and hot shower all worked well. The room was surprisingly quiet. Breakfast (see photo) was good with cold cuts, cold boiled eggs and an apple pie.
