Great location with breakfast

Beautiful hotel close to restaurants and bars. The staff was cheerful and eager to help. Loved the breakfast!

Charming Place to Stay on Isabela Island

Arriving on Isabela Island I had no place to stay, so I walked around until I found something. When I found Cerro Azul, I immediately liked it. For 25 dollars I got a big room with a huge bed, a toilet and a shower. It was the first room right after walking past the reception. I loved it.
The hotel has white and blue colors, reminiscent of Greece (although I've never been to Greece, so what am I talking about, haha). It has hammocks and a pretty large kitchen area. From what I remember, wi-fi was decent here (bear in mind that wi-fi on the Galapagos Islands is slow and unstable in general everywhere).
A really nice place to stay. I recommend it.

Clean and spacious

My partner and I stayed here for 7 nights. The hotel is in an excellent location for the whole of the town. The staff are helpful and can book tours for you if you like. There was a small area outside our room where we could dry clothes which was very handy! There is a laundrette next door and many shops and restaurants near by. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Our fav location on the Galápagos

Great hotel with reasonably good WiFi (which is rare on the Galápagos!).
Clean room which got serviced during our stay. The shower was lovely and hot. Breakfast isn’t available but there was a good kitchen and cooking facilities.
Good location on Isabela, everything is really close and taxis aren’t expensive from the port.

Indecent owner

After coming from Santa Cruz we arrived here in the afternoon. We had a confirmed booked here for two nights through Booking.com. When we entered the hotel the owner called our name and asked if that was us.
He just said the hotel was full and we had to find another place.
On our argument that we had a confirmed booking he just raised his shoulders and said that he send us an email to cancel the booking. When we asked him to show us the email he just couldn’t and got angry.
On our 1,5 year trip we’ve never been treated so rudely as in this place.
