Rest and relaxation.

A very nice hotel strategically located near several points of interest.
The staff is very friendly and attentive to our needs.
They have a pool that, although not very large, has enough space for several people to enjoy.
The hotel has 5 floors, each with its own internet network, ensuring that the signal is not overloaded.
The rooms are large and very well presented and clean.

No floor sweeping in 4 days
No handrail at the curve of the stairs
Loud machine work from 3:00-4:00 am
Very watery coffee in morning
Apathy from the reception
Very unhygienic pool water
No filtered water to drink
Hard bed
Giant step into the bathroom (almost 30 cm high)
A/C did not remove humidity
Window left open by cleaning staff while we were out. No safe in room

Comfortable hotel in good location

The hotel has a good location in the center of Puerto Ayora. Spacious room with cable TV, air conditioning. The breakfast is served at the table and is quite delicious, but it is not that abundance we are used to in Brazil, usually comes an egg, bread, fruit, juice, coffee and small portions of butter, jelly, ham and cheese. Coffee and tea are at will. When I left in the morning to take the boat to San Cristobal they made me a package with breakfast. Very attentive and the staff are very friendly. Only two things, the door lock was hard to lock and one day I found a cockroach in my May that was drying in the shower.
