A Beautiful and Comfortable Stay with Excellent Dining

The hotel is beautiful and luxurious, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay and would highly recommend it.
We also tried two restaurants in the hotel, Tributo and Tanoshii. Tributo specializes in Andean beef, while Tanoshii serves Japanese cuisine. Both were excellent and well worth trying during your stay!

Excellent stay, great amenities and even better service. Great people and very knowledgable about what to do around Quito. Amazing restaurants.

Housekeeping Alexis Ayala

I was in the hotel for the congress of Jehovah’s Witness. We stayed on floor number 9 everything was great the room, food and of course house keeping. We were helped by Mr. Alexis Ayala. He made every so smooth and was so helpful, nice and respectful one of the best experiences I’ve had with house keeping would totally recommend ur hotel and definitely would stay there again.
Estube quedando en su hotel para el congreso de Los testigos de jeovah. Mi stadia fue en el piso numero 9. Todo estubo super bien dessert mi cuarto, la comida y especialmente housekeeping. Nos estubo ayudando el joven Alexis Ayala. El fue muy atento y respetuoso. Hacido la mejor experiencia q he tenido con housekeeping. Totalmente Los recomendaria y me bolviera a quedar en Su hotel gracias por todo.

Location and Food

Excellent location and a safe place to stay. Good food is available at the hotel restaurant, in addition to the many dining options nearby.

I was at this hotel in Nov 2025. It was very different. My room overlooking the Cotopaxi volcano was excellent. This time I booked the same level of room and they never got it for me. First they sent me to a smaller room not overlooking the volcanoes. When I complained they found me another room but no ithe view was not there. Very disappointing.
The staff is good and kind and the room was clean but things are showing their age.. thin and old towels and robes, remote to open curtains cracked and taped. For a so called 5 star resort I’d expect better.
I will not stay there again for the price they charge.
