Great Customer Service !!

Great Customer Service all around. Would highly recommend for long term stay. The staff is exceptional, very warm and friendly. Few of them are Feven, Mekedes, Embet, Ejjig and several others.

Good bet

Outstanding! Wonderful stay, felt taken care of, a great mix between hotel and apartment. Convenient to UN and many sites. Good breakfast selection. Huge room like a suite with a lot of space. Washing machine and dryer on every floor was also super useful.

The staff went into the room without having permission in the staff told us that one of our people the people with us was in danger had to leave the hotel. One bathroom shower seal didn’t work so the water ran out onto the floor. The other bathroom the toilet didn’t work for the whole time.

Fantastic!

Excellent stay. Apartment-style room, ideal for feeling at home. Everything was very clean and well maintained.
Staff 10/10: everyone was absolutely lovely. From reception, assistants, housekeeping, bellboys and waiters. Friendly and professional service throughout the entire stay.
The food was delicious and of high quality. The Chef and his team do an outstanding job; both the buffet and the à la carte service were excellent!!!
I had the pleasure also of briefly meeting the Marriott Quality and Food Safety Manager (Addisalem Damtie) which clearly reflects the high standards and excellent control of food management.
The massage service was very good and highly recommended!!!
I would return without hesitation. Thanks all Marriot team!
