I stayed at this hotel for one night during my holiday, and it was a lovely experience. The location is excellent – my room had a beautiful view of the riverside, and the hotel is just a short walk from the White Bridge and about 7 minutes from McDonald’s.
The room itself was spacious, I wish if I had balcony, but next time inshaa Allah , room has a fridge, and air conditioning. Breakfast was very nice, chosen at reception from a selection that included sausages, bread, jam, omelet, coffee, yogurt, and more.
The staff were friendly and spoke English very well, which made communication easy. The only downside was the soundproofing – it was quite easy to hear the neighbors, so in that sense it didn’t quite feel like a four-star hotel.
That said, I still enjoyed my stay, and overall it was a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel and impressive kindness of the staff!
The location is central, the rooms welcoming and clean: ours had a view of the river and a terrace: truly impressive!
But what leaves you amazed is the kindness of the ladies who run the hotel: they take care of the guests as if they were members of the same family, they go out of their way to help, they are always smiling!
Dear ladies, you made our stay unforgettable! Thanks so much!

Very well located, nice service & friendly owners
The hotel is in a great location and you can walk to all the sights, restaurants, etc. in just a few minutes. Still a rather quiet area. Perfect for a city trip.
The building is relatively new and in good condition (if you expect luxury real estate in Georgia, you are generally in the wrong place).
We had a spacious room with a balcony and a beautiful view of the river. The lobby, staircase, breakfast area, etc. are cleaned very well every day. The white tiles are sparkling clean. The rooms are cleaned regularly depending on the length of stay and were clean. Unfortunately, only a few water damages were visible.
Breakfast is served on site with, among other things, fresh omelets and warm cheese toast. The portions were large.
The owners are very friendly, helpful and speak English. We felt very hospitably looked after. You are regularly greeted by the owners' small dog. In addition, they are very concerned about the well-being of the guests - examples: We were allowed to simply and easily leave our rental car in the hotel driveway until we picked it up. Even though our departure to the airport was well after the check-out time, we were allowed to keep our room key, leave our luggage there and go into town. The room was cleaned a little later for our sake. Free of charge. That's what I call service.

Great place to stay and explore Georgia
The hotel has a great location. ca. 8minutes walking distance from Kutaisi city center and depending on the traffic about 25-30 minutes from airport. Next to the riverside, where you have a greate view in the surrounding area. Even the sound of the river makes is more special. During night we were sleping with open balcony doors.
The hotel staff were very helpfull, kind. Every morning they made your breakfast fresh. Kept the hotel clean and it feelt like home for us.

A great Stay
Beautiful property. We had the room with full view of river and the noise from river was so relaxing if you want to sit at the balcony to chill your day. Room is clean and the host family is warm and they will try the best to accommondate your request. Breakfast was also optional by extra 30GEL in case if you didn't booked the room with breakfast. We have enjoyed the stay and will go back again in next week.
