Real Georgia!!!

The Staff: it's the familiy that takes care of you. And they take care. While father and mother are speaking not one word in english, the son and the daughter will communicate with you ini english. All of them are very friendly. You do not stay in a "real hotel" it's more staying close to the family. Very nice!!!
The Breakfast: Oh my god! The served so much and all in really georgian style. We were never able to eat all of the wonderful food but we did our best. Don't expect croissants and butter and coffee, but Katchapuri, stuffed Noodles, walnuts, tea,...the good thing: you save money because you will not be able to have lunch on the very same day.
The rooms: The rooms are equipped with everything you need (bed, shower and balcony, having a phantastic view of the city of Kutaisi). There are some lacks in quality (walls are not very thick , so you might hear the neiborly room, shower/ toilet offers very little space), but it works.
The cars: The hotel offers two cars for hire. The one we had was in good shape and there was at least no paperwork to be done. Very good!

recommended

Located in the old part of Kutaisi. You will be satisfied. From the windows you can see the panorama of the city and the Caucasus Mountains. Room prices are not quite high. The wine from the cellar was delicious.

Good location and view from balcony.

This was our first time in Georgia. We stayed with this family. More than hotel it is a homestay. The Grand ma cooked tasty breakfast for us. My wife is vegan , so she cooked vegan food. Owner of the house offered home made wine for free. Rooms are fine with basic amenities. View from balcony is very good. The location is good and attraction are nearby. The only problem it's on a hill so there is a steep climb of 1.5 km. Also house has no elevator you have to carry your own luggage up. The family was very nice . They don't speak english except the youngest daughter. Overall good stay.

Good choice in Kutaisi

My family and I had a brief one night stay at this hotel. The room was not quite ready when we arrived so we were welcomed with Georgian wine which was very nice. Our room was comfortable and had a nice balcony overlooking the city. We were in desperate need of a laundry and the owners arrange to do it for us for a nominal fee. Very good service!

Very tasty breakfasts

I liked the hotel, polite staff, clean bed, but there was no shampoo or toothpaste in the room. We were especially impressed by the breakfast, very filling, very tasty, homemade, we were treated to homemade chacha and homemade wine. The view from the hotel is beautiful.
